Business Description: I offer a great home inspection with a computer driven report that includes pictures, easy to read descriptions, and the report is emailed to the customer and realtor the same day. All inspections are performed one person. I have been a home inspector for over 8 years and before that I was a general contractor. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). My MD license number is 29886. I am fully insured with both General Liability and Errors and Emmissions insurance. Pricing varies depending on the size and age of the house, but my rates are very competetive.
