They were absolutely fantastic. They are so superior, pleasant, if something happened they fix it right away. They're pleasant to women. I won't take my car anyplace else to do service. I would use them again in the future.

I can't say how pleased I am with
and my consultant
. Shopping for cars is one of the most dreaded duties in my life. I was not looking forward to doing it again. On a client's recommendation, I called
, told them what I was looking for, how much I wanted to pay for the car and told them that if they can find the car at the price I want, they would have my business.
came though with flying colors. I was a skeptic and now I'm a convert. This is how car shopping is meant to be done. They found exactly what I was looking for (and I had had little luck with dealerships prior to calling her). She got an extremely competitive price and took care of the financing paperwork, the DMV paperwork and took delivery of the car, checked it out and called me when they had it in hand.
On top of all that, they donate a portion of their profit to the charity of my choice.
In all seriousness, they made purchasing a car a pleasant experience. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
They will find both new and used cars in anything from luxury to high performance to compact and hybrid in any brand.
Highly recommended.

Car Sales reviews in Port Deposit

As much as I would like to say do your homework and be prepared, I'm not sure it will work with this place. My step-daughter goes in to buy a pre-cert car from a buyers
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
program through work. Price is set (supposedly). She's a first time buyer, college grad. During a 5-hour exchange to get this car, we have to haggle over the price of the car, the 'pre-cert fee', other fees, taxes, interest rate, amount to finance, etc etc etc. We had to go thru a dog and pony show of saleswomen to manager, back and forth, back and forth. You feel like a hostage during this entire time. As soon as you say no or indicate you are leaving, more interactions with managers, promises to make it work and 'fit our budget'. You are charged a flat rate pre-cert fee on all cars. Ours was 9% of car price. Cars.comsays I should of paid anywhere from 2-8%. The car has a broken widowshield. They almost tried to get us to walk out without the 'We Owe You' paper to replace the windowshield. Wonder why the 150 point inspection for pre-cert did not catch a broken windshield??? They actually wanted to sell a car with a broken windshield and have me pay for that on top of the price of the car. I actually thought I had the pre-cert fee removed during our 'negotiation' but then it shows up in the contract. Of course, the contract was done with a different finance manager since the one I made the agreement with was busy with someone else and this guy couldn't honor his agreement. Seriously, one employee cannot honor another employees agreement. So I'm back at square one, four and half hours into this process and closing time is 30 minutes away. Can you see how this all works. There are other things to mention but I can take up this entire page of the experience. Like I said, do your homework on everything, be prepared to get up and walk out if you are not getting what you want and finally inspect the car yourself since the pre-cert process seems to be mal-functioning. Finally, the car payment booklet arrives in the mail and the interest rate is 0.1% higher then discussed and the monthly payment is $0.98 higher.

We also had a leak from our tanks in two of our 3 commodes, they came out to fix it right away, and repainted the baseboard that was discolored from the water leak. They also sent a company representative out to check to make sure the home was put together well, and have called to make sure we have no other problems.9

The purchase was fine but the customer service afterwards was less than professional. They gave us 6 months interest free to pay off the rest of the car fee which we had already paid the other half in cash. The remaining amount was to be paid $1000.00 a month until payment was in full. I unfortunately lost my job within that time, however I was making a payment of $500 every two weeks and tried as hard as I could to keep that up. They started calling every day even though payments were being made. The calls were constant and less than professional. I tried talking to them and reminding them of the payments that had been made and were going to be made. However, they continued to be rude.
The final straw that broke the camel's back was when the car was paid in full and the
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
needed to be removed from the title. Due to an accident, this had to be done and though it had been some time since the car had been paid off, the
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
still remained on the title.
I called on a Wednesday and was told that they would be taking it downtown to the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's office. I followed up on Tuesday of the following week. I called
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
at 9:51 am on Tuesday. I asked if they had taken the
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Removal form to the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's office and they said "yes". I then called my Insurance company and they said it still stated there was a
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
still on the title. I called the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's office to make sure and they too had not received it so I asked by what means could they deliver the form. They said that
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
could fax the form in and they gave me the fax number. I then called
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
back at 11:18 am and they said that they would resend it. I then gave them the fax number I had been given and they said that they would fax it over. After waiting a while, I called the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's Office at 12:42 pm and they had not received the fax as of yet. So I called
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
at 12:45 pm and asked them if they had sent. They said that they had but. reluctantly, would resend.
I recalled the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's office at 1:02 pm and still nothing. So I called
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, again, at 1:12 pm and they said that they were re-sending right then at that moment. So I waited and called the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's Office at 1:19 pm and nothing. So I waited a bit longer, giving ample time to get it sent and for it to be received. It was 1:39 pm when I called the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's office and they still did not have it on their fax. I then called
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
again at 1:41 pm and talked to
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. I thought I would use a different angle. I thought if I asked for a salesman and told him that I needed the
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
removed from the title so that my Insurance agency and then I would be able to buy another car and would be able to do so there, with them. But the fax had to be sent first so that the
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
would be removed and I could pick up my check to buy a new car with them again. He said that he would get it taken care of so I thanked him and gave them a few minutes. I called the County
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
's office at 1:52 pm and they had not received it.
At my wits end, I called
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
for what I hope to be my last time. It was 2:00 pm and I asked for the manager in charge right away. The girl on the other end asked how she could help. I told her that I had spoken with her and several others at that point and she, nor anyone else I had spoken to, had been of any help. I wanted to talk to the Manager in Charge. She would NOT let me talk to anyone else. She tried talking to me sweetly by calling me sweetheart, etc. but I told her that I was not her sweetheart and to give me the person in charge and she still would not. I ended the call by telling her that I was going to report her to anyone and everyone. Others should know what kind of a business they run and how they are fine when it had anything to do with them getting money but lacked tact when it came to serving the customer's needs. And the representative,
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, was less than professional. She was the one I dealt with the most on the phone there.
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, I highly recommend NOT buying or dealing with
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
by any means! Stay far far away!

We contacted
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
about a 2004 Buick rendezvous. We setup an appointment to check out the vehicle. We took the vehicle for a test drive and liked the sound of the engine and noticed the breaks were spongy. We decided we liked the car and talked to
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
about purchasing the vehicle. He said he knew the breaks needed to be done and would do them for $300. We could pick the car up on Friday. We shook hands. Came back on Friday to pick up the car and everything seemed great with it. Two weeks later we took a road trip 300 miles away and the brakes started smoking. We were driving down lake avenue in Duluth MN. And was pushing my foot all the way down trying to stop, luckily I was able to stop before an accident occurred. He had replaced the pads but left the roders which were like 50 grit sand paper. Because we were out of state we needed to get them done there. We paid $400 for the brakes and roders to be done properly. We also found out three warnings came up on the vehicle. Another $300 needing to be put into the vehicle. I know it's a used car but at least if you say your going to fix the brakes, do it right. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them.

I called numerous people involved with
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
but was told that their sorry that no one told me that the warranty would run out so quickly but they will do nothing about it. don't depend on the sales rep. or finance department to tell you the fine print details. You are better off to refuse their sales pressure and read everything. don't buy an extended warranty form

Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
is a class act. Not only were his cars top of the line quality, but he was responsive, helpful in answering my questions and addressed all my issues and concerns quickly without hassle.
When I test drove the car I was interested in, the car got a flat tire during the test drive. Not only did he replace the tire, but purchased a second tire so they would be balanced.
After I purchased the "as-is" vehicle, I took it to get the maintance update where they identified a minor problem and
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
paid to have it fixed as well without any hassle.
I felt I got a great deal on a great car and was blown away by the service. Going to
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Automotive just to check out their cars is an experience in itself - he has some of the most spectacular high end used cars I've ever seen!
We are moving out of the area, but I know when I'm ready to buy my next car, I will STILL come back to

The sale of our TSX went well. Low pressure, and competitive price for our used car, which was a loaner car for their service group. Fairly pleased with the sales process. The
problem came with the financing. I was used to being fairly treated from prior dealerships. (You can stop laughing now. ha ha) They basically have access to many lender options, which were generally favorable, and which made it less advantageous to do a lot of work trying to secure financing ahead of the purchase. With this
Port Deposit Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
purchase, the financing guy said he was looking at many options to find me the lowest rate, which sounded fine on the phone. He ended up saying that a fairly local bank had the lowest rate. Well, it wasn't until I had signed over my trade-in car that I saw that he has a $250 up-front finance charge on the loan, and a early payoff penalty before 2 years of a 3-year loan. It so happens that my external information showed that my final sales price was at least $250 better than what could have been. So, I went ahead with those lame terms.
One interesting footnote is that I noticed about a week after delivery (and notified the dealer) that there is a puncture in the heat shield under the engine. I am about to take it back for its first service, and we'll see if they do anything about that damage.
