Dr. and staff very helpful. Follow up visit went well. With medicine, there are fewer episodes of gout. Only issue is he wouldn't provide blood results over the phone. Had to return for another office visit to get results. Overall pleased with everything and pain is gone!

I had bad ankle pain to the point I could hardly walk on the foot. It was determined that the ligament was torn and needed repair. From the moment I met Dr
I knew I was in good hands. He has a great bedside manner and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He maked sure I was part of the decision process and that I was at ease with the surgery that was to come.
After the Surgery he would call (not his staff) to make sure things were going ok. Post Op visits were great and he once again made me feel at ease and part of the decision process.
I would highly recommend him to anyone with food or ankle issues. I wish more Doctors were like him!!

I usually see him in his satellite office in Tolland. His main office is in Norwich. Initially his treatment was ok but in the long run he may have actually caused damaged that required me to have surgery. I was laid up for over seven weeks. I was recommended to him through a physical therapist. He was always punctual for the appointments.

This date (

I have a fairly specific condition that not all orthopedic doctors are sharp enough to pick up right away as he did. I was mis-diagnosed with a local orthopedic surgeon and I think if I had walked on my foot for another month my foot would have been amputated. Dr.
Odenton Plantar Fasciitis Provider Name Locked
put my feet in a cast and I was in the cast for 8 months. He would remove the cast every two weeks and he saved my foot. He is an excellent physician. He is very patient at explaining what is going on and makes sure I am very clear about what the procedure is and why he is doing it. He is not just in and out. He is very thorough. A couple of times when I had some problem with the foot he said not to come in and stand there but he will come to me and that was wonderful. I see him a couple of times in a month. I can’t get over as to how punctual he is. I go in there and if I have a 10.0 clock appointment and I am there few minutes early for check in and I get in right at 10.0 clock, I

’t have to wait. The only time I had to wait was when I was a couple of minutes late and he managed to take me right in and they could have made me wait.

I broke my ankle at work and it was a workers comp injury. I did NOT want surgery but considered it if needed. Dr
Odenton Plantar Fasciitis Provider Name Locked
was awesome and gave me my options ~ she stated sometimes the type of injury I suffered requires surgery and sometimes it doesn't she gave me my options and I opted out of surgery and wait and see if it healed correctly and it did......without surgery. She had a great personality and is a terrific doctor.

The experience started off O.K. but in the end did not go well.
I brought my 14 year old son in for a VERY minor grade 1 ankle

I asked Dr.

if the x-

gave him 7 x-rays which totaled 8 views. Dr.

took x-rays of both feet. I called his officeimmediately as I was upset. This was not what I had agreed to as the

When I questioned Dr.

I later found out the x-

The office was not responsive to my questions or concerns. The inconsistencies were concerning on many levels.I do not believe anyone especially children should be given unnecessary tests. I do not like being told one thing as a parentof a minor and later finding out that a different treatment had occurred.
I will never return to this office.

He removed several toes but also saved a couple more that others didn't want to save.He also was willing to do skin grafts that I needed to be able to walk again.Every thing did not work out as we hoped but it could have turned out a lot worse and I could lost a half of my leg and a total foot. As it was I only lost two toes.

I would give him an A in all categories. He told me that on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the worse, mine was a 10. He did surgery on me and it was such a success. Now that I’m getting older I’m getting arthritis there because of the injury but he did an excellent job at fixing me up. He has a good bedside manner and he’s the only one I would go to.

I called and made an appointment the previous week. I arrived early to fill out new patient papers. I was called back see the doctor in a timely manner. I did not have to wait long after being seen to the patient room before the doctor came in.
He made a diagnosis, took x-rays to confirm the diagnosis (heel spur), and treated my pain. Dr.
Odenton Plantar Fasciitis Provider Name Locked
was very efficient and honest as to how he was going to begin treatment (shot in the heel) and what I needed to do during the following weeks. He was patient, as I have a needle phobia. Heel feels great after shot, and anti-inflamatory meds, and foot exercieses. He and his staff were super nice and helpful.
Wish I would have went to him as soon as I started having the pain and not waited so long to get it taken care of. No pain!
