Business Description: Phillips Landscape Contractors is a design build company specializing in the design and installation of outdoor living environments. With the use of pavers, flagstone, natural stone, cultured stone or segmental block we construct your living space. The outdoor living space is then supplemented with a low maintenance garden design, low voltage lighting and water features. All carpentry structures such as pergolas, arbors, gazebos, fencing and decks are all integrated into the design. Phillips Landscape Contractors is licensed with the state and is fully insured. We are certified by and authorized installers of the following: ICPI, NCMA, CAST LIGHTING, EP HENRY, BELGARD, TECHNI-SEAL, TECHNO BLOCK and KITSCHLER. Phillips is a member in good standing with the LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION. We provide our services to the Metro DC area and thru the I 270 corridor into Frederick, Carroll and Howard couties.
