In the past 6months with this post office I have received at least 15 pieces of mail that are not mine, broken items, and items that for days the location is "unknown". The staff is rude and unknowledgeable.
Long story short. My recently deceased grandmother had china that my mother sent to me. Not only did I receive the packages with 40% of the items broken. They also tried to charge me shipping Again since it was forwarded, when I should have only been charged the amount from the forward. They also, could not locate the packages for about 1 week.
Usually all post offices are just okay not great not horrible. This is without a doubt the worst Post Office I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

The manager of the store helped me because it was a Saturday and all of the other employees were busy helping other people. I didn't know how to send a package, particularly one so big, back to
which had arrived at my home in a state of "serious disrepair." The box was open in several places along the sides and the top looked like it had been ripped open by a hungry gorilla! I didn't know if I should tape the box back together or send it back to them the way it arrived at my home. I never even opened it because the shape the box was in was so atrocious. I also printed off the label but didn't understand how or where to attach it on the box.
The manager spent about 10 minutes taping and securing my package. He felt it would be better to make sure it was packaged properly rather than to show them how it arrived. He attached the label. Basically, he did all the things I should have done at home and didn't ask for a cent and didn't even complain! I offered to pay him but he wouldn't take it.
I have used this store before and received good service but I thought this service was above and beyond the call and that is why I am writing this time. The manager even explained to me how to track the package to make sure that I knew when it had arrived and then I could check to see that my reimbursement followed promptly. I was truly impressed and would highly recommend this

I had pre-ordered a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 whose "ship-by" date coincided with when I was traveling (between Idaho, Montana, Wyoming,
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
, and
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
State). Since the Microsoft Store didn't specify their shipping speed/method for pre-orders, I decided to use a package forwarding service instead of missing my package. There are several such services available (e.g. Shipito, MyUS), but I chose
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
because it is based in
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
, which is close to my final destination (

) and tax-free.
Basic registration and membership is free with customers charged per package forwarded ($7.90 + shipping). Setup was fairly straightforward, although verifying my identity took some time (you'll need a notarized USPS form 1583 with two forms of ID). Nevertheless, I believe such security measures are worth the wait, and
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
processed my verification within a business day once I submitted it.
Microsoft ended up shipping my order in two packages (UPS Ground and UPS Next-Day Air) with both of them arriving at my
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
address on 6/20/14. UPS tracking showed them as delivered around 10am, and
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
processed/photoed/tagged them a little after 4pm.
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
's online interface is very clean and easy to navigate, so it took only about 10 minutes to submit my packages for consolidation and shipping. As 6/20 was a Friday, I decided to use USPS shipping on the

would ship it on Saturday. Unfortunately (though not unexpected), no Saturday service was provided.
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
's dashboard updated my forwarding request with a USPS tracking number by Monday (6/23) afternoon, and I received the consolidated package the next evening (6/24).
My consolidated package was well-packaged, with my Surface Pro and keyboard cover individually wrapped before being bubbled into the box. My consolidation request was very
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
, however, so I cannot comment on how it'd turn out if you're consolidating multiple items of varying sizes. Overall, the entire process was very streamlined, and
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
processed my items in a timely fashion.
Regarding cost, I was hit with 2 processing fees ($7.90 x2) since Microsoft shipped my order in two packages. The fees plus shipping ended up being $25.40, which is on-par with or better than other forwarding companies, so I have no real complains. I should point out that while entering my forwarding request,
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
estimated my shipping weight to be the sum of the two Microsoft packages; I was refunded $0.60 the next day since consolidation reduced the weight slightly.
In conclusion, my first contact with
Laurel Direct Mailing Services Provider Name Locked
left a favorable impression. I'd continue to use it should the need arise, and I'll provide updates should future services deviate from the above experience.

They provided a very professional service and also made everything easy as they weighed and picked up the boxes for Fedex at the condo and calculated the totals without us having to go to the store with them. We purchased bubble wrap, tape, and boxes at affordable pricing.

Similar to a Mailboxes Etc. We have had their service for about 10 years. We have moved so we no longer use their service. This is a convenient alternative to the US post office. Because we have been with them a long time, we have interacted with this company over time.
Their mailbox rental section is easy to access and is available 24/7 when you rent. You get a key to both the box and the door to the facility. We paid $200/year for medium sized box. There is a $10 fee deposit.
The owner is very nice and I consider it an improvement that the previous female employee is no longer there. That employee was abrasive, sometimes rude to customers and not service-oriented. You invariably would hear her complaining about something. When you entered you didn't know if she would nice or nasty that day. It was just so danged inconvenient to change address after so long, that we just worked with it.
Since the owner has taken over, we have seen an improvement in their services. They still have an issue with not having enough staff during busy times (3-5:30 p.m.). Generally, there is only one person behind the counter to ring up sales, mail packages or pick up packages.
The place is clean and neat and it was nice having someone sign for packages.

I rented a mailbox and received/packed/shipped items at this location for the last 10 years.
The staff at this store has been very professional and helpful.
Location does get busy periodically (end of days and holidays) which is to be expected - staff is professional, respectful (which I cannot always say for some clients there!) ...More /> I have recently moved and miss the great service and people at this location!

Driver claims he left package at our door, but the package was never found. They traced it twice without finding it. I had to replace the product at a local store for about $250.00. I filed claim with UPS, they insisted I file a police report, I did, they then denied my claim, and say they will hold packages for me to pick up.

I used this company to send a stroller, playpen, baby bathtub, and a microwave oven to my sister in Venezuela who is having a baby. The provider never sent merchandise in three months. They quoted me a price of $875 to ship these items. I thought the price was too high and I decided not to ship with them. In order for me to recover my items they charged me $ 75.00 for doing nothing. The workers are rude. I do not recommend this company to other people.
- Steven L.

They seem to have almost any service available and needed by small businesses. Very happy to have switched from ups store.
Owners work tirelessly and lead with commitment and professionalism.
I moved my mail there as well 4 yrs ago for security, volume, and flexibility.
