On 08/26/2014, I arrived at New Wave Saloons at 5:10, I did not see a receptionist so I sat and waited. At 5:15, I got the attention of a stylist who explained that receptionist was in the back and would call her. When I spoke to the receptionist, I explained that I was a first time client and had appointment with
, the Goldwell stylist. The receptionist went to the back and returned to tell me that
was not at her station and had probably just stepped out. Since it was not yet 5:30, I thought maybe she went out for a smoke or to make a call and sat down to wait. At 5:29, I spoke to the receptionist and asked her to describe
to me since we had not met and did not want to miss her when she came back in. The receptionist explained to me that she had just spoken to
on her cell, who wanted her to tell me that she (
) had gone out to do some errands (plural) that she would see me when she returned and if I did not want to wait she would understand. I asked the receptionist if
had stated how long she would be gone maybe half an hour? The receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. My conclusion is that
considers herself that popular and is in such high demand that she can just toss clients to the side of the road. I can't speak for her skills as an stylist but I can clearly state that as a professional her work ethics "suck". My experience at
, so disappointing.

Was referred to this shop by several of my friends who think they provide the best manicure and pedicure services in the area. I did not have an appointment so was assigned a manicurist. The girl was very friendly and talkative. She seemed to be organized and got right to work. I thought she was doing a good job until I realized she had not taken off the old clear nail polish but in fact had put new polish over the old polish and there were lumps in my nails. To say I was very disappointed and not happy.is an understatement When I I brought this to her attention she just laughed.

It would take 3 pages to list all my complaints of
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
... I have been going there almost monthly since they opened and just in the last year they have been very disappointing... Double booking appts for one thing and numerous others.. This did not happen til management changed... I will not go back there and will not recommend anybody go there...

I had a male tech whom I have never had before. He was great and did a great job with my feet. As I was drying my toenails, he came over to check on me. He remembered my name, put some temporary flip flops on my feet and sprayed my polish with a drying agent. I would use him again.

I love
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
& Spa!! I go in for a shellac manicure and basic pedicure. I have had my nails done by most of the technicians and they have all done an amazing job. The technicians are always friendly, professional and do a really great job on my nails. The cost is very reasonable and the spa offers a rewards card that you can use to get discounted services. I would highly recommend
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
& Spa on Gladiolus next to

Owner of the store is
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
he is Asian and speaks perfect English and is very time conscience of keeping people waiting unlike most salons where they tell you pick a color and leave you waiting for a long time. They are all very good and do a beautiful nice job. The store is very clean and nice comfortable massage chairs.

Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
, the owner knows the names of her client. She is friendly, but is not good at small talk. She is very professional and is a perfectionist. She will help you select your colors and is brutally honest if you select a color is not made for your complexion. I have used other nail techs at this business and was not happy. I strongly recommend
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
. She will do right by you.

I had been going here since I moved to the area and every experience was different, some better than others, depending on who you got and how busy they were. I went for a pedicure on my birthday and will never go back again. There was a soccer game on the TV and the guy doing my nails only paid attention to what he was doing during the commercials. Each part of the massage he spent rubbing a circle in the same spot on my leg, this included when he used the hot stone which borderline burned me. Now if you care about your customer, why do you have a soccer game on in a shop full of female customers?

Absolutely fantastic. I was looking for a new place to go and get my hair done. I'm always worried about going to a new hair
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
, but I didn't have to worry here. Everything was very professional, including the appointment reminders, the cleanliness of the
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
, and the informational history survey I filled out when I first walked in. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, within a day of calling. I saw
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
and she was fantastic. She really took the time to talk with me before doing my hair to find out exactly what I wanted and exactly what I would be happy with. I *love* the color and highlight she gave me and I *love* the hair cut. I'll definitely be back here, and often!!
Adorable atmosphere, very clean and tidy, awesome hair service, and extremely affordable pricing…. You can't go wrong!

The lady painted my nails leaving way too much cuticle so they looked like they were grown out before I left the
Hagerstown Manicurists Provider Name Locked
! Also she did such thin layers that the color was splotchy and the gels actually started chipping within 5 days! NOT again. Clean place, and friendly staff.
