Business Description: We offer a women's only outdoor fitness bootcamp, as well as one-on-one personal training. We have been running the camps for 5 years very successfully and will be expanding to 7 new locations in the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia
areas as of April 1st for the 2011 season. Our bootcamps are unique in that they are for women only, providing a comfortable yet still challenging work out environment. The classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6-7am.
