RHS is a Full-Service Home Inspection company. We generally can schedule an inspection within a few days of your call. After scheduling your inspection, all parties involved in the transaction will receive a confirmation email that includes pricing, items that need to be considered prior to the inspection and a link to our Inspection Agreement. The Agreement can be signed electronically. We send reminder emails 1 day before the inspection as well. Our clients receive a monthly newsletter that provides home care tips and reminders pertaining to home issues. We provide a 15-page computer-generated report with color photographs within 24 hrs. of the inspection. We have a live office staff to assist you with your needs.
