"Beasely's did an excellent job repairing our gutter. The three workers were courteous and efficient, completing the repairs and installation of gutter guards in less time than I anticipated. They cleaned up the yard and work areas thoroughly. They were a little slow responding, but I counted it as part of their business and it is a rather small family business. Once contact and contract were completed, their work come quickly and we couldn't be happier having our gutters finally functional.

"It was an all-day job. The trucks, crane, workers, wood, and shingles all arrived on time and the work went great. This roof will last a long, long time. And it is so thick that the high winds that affect our area will nto blow the shingles off, as is the case with other homes.

"Since I can't cut & paste the letter I sent to
Frederick Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the brief explanation is:
This company was recommended from my neighbor. They did a great job on his house 2 years prior which is why I used them.
They "replaced" our roof. After a heavy rain 3 months later, water leaked through the bathroom vent and stained the upstairs bathroom ceiling. After an extremely hard/heavy rain, water leaked onto the bathroom floor (water had to be coming in at a great rate, otherwise, the attic insulation would soak it up and there would be no evidence on the bathroom ceiling, so it was probably leaking immediately after the "repairs"). Also, visible from the outside, I noticed that the ridgevent was "buckling". They were out three (3) times over the course of 2 months to try to repair the leak - each time, they showed up without contacting me - until the 3rd time. I showed their representative precisely where the leak was in the attic (I was informed that they were "fixing" something else entirely). They were supposed to return in 2-3 days and never showed for over a week. After another major rainfall, water was pouring into buckets in the attic and I completely lost trust with this company. After having another roofing company inspect the roof, I found out that the bathroom vent was never replaced - it was actually damaged from their roofing work. The 3 vent collars that were replaced were the wrong size. The complete ridgevent system was installed incorrectly - they used 1 1/2" nails instead of the required 3" nails so the ridgevents were never secured properly into the plywood, which is why it kept "buckling". There were exposed nailheads all over the roof, and the gutters were overloaded with pieces of shingles, staples, and other debris (the gutters were never cleaned). I had PJ's roofing correct this disaster over 3 months ago (they installed the correct size pipe collars, replaced the bathroom vent, replaced the ridgevent system and installed the required filter, sealed the exposed nail heads, and cleaned the gutters. My attic has been "bone-dry" and the ridgevent system perfectly straight since. My guess is that an inexperienced crew was used to perform our roof replacement and that they never had adequate/proper supervision. These repairs cost me $1225.00 and I asked for that amount from

He was a real friendly, nice guy when picking up the checks from me, but apparently didn't care enough to make sure the job was done properly.

"I called
Frederick Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and set up an appointment, he showed up on time and was able to answer all my questions in detail, he explained to me how each phase of our project would be completed, what materials they would be using and an approximate time line. I was impressed when he climbed up on our roof to inspect, ( he was the only one that did that) after deciding to move ahead with

"Booking the service is pretty easy. I called a couple days in advance and was able to book it for the date I wanted. I ordered a $250 maintainance package. The technician arrived on time and performed inspection first. I was told a portion of the ridge cap was missing and will charge me $175 for getting a new one installed. After I o.k.ed the price, the technician left to get the ridge cap, came back in 1 hr and have it installed in 30 min. Everything went pretty smoothly. The technican seems to be knowledgable."

"The installation went fine and very quickly. clean up were good , only there were lots of staples left and one of the worker accidentally broke one of my flower pots that set on my front steps.
The company should have been responsible and not charge the person. What about being insurance d ?
Overall, I am happy with my roof and with the workers, But, I give the company a (C)."

"The roofer came out very quickly. He got on the roof & did the inspection. The tech took pictures & sent them to/called his boss. The boss called me & informed me based on this inspection that my roof was not in very good condition & that the maintenance coupon wouldn't suffice for my needs. He was very understanding of my situation. He didn't try to pressure me, but just stated that as the techs were on the roof they could do the work but that the decision needed to be made - either do some repair now & still a need a roof or get a new a roof. He understood this is something I needed think about. I appreciated the honesty."

"What an amazing experience it was to have
Frederick Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew replace my roof! Whereas I had thought I just needed some new shingles, it turns out that some of the problems in one corner of my house were coming from warped wood and water coming in. Five sheets of wood had to be replaced in total. I am confident that this roof will last for many years. He also saved me money on my gutters. I thought I needed new gutters and downspouts, but after his inspection, he assured me that they only needed to be cleaned out and reattached, which he did as part of the job.

's attention to detail, both during the quote process and during the project, is what set him apart from others I contacted (four quotes total). He took the time to understand the problem areas of my roof, where the leaks were, and where there might be pitfalls. He went through photos of other projects on his iPad (which I loved, because I’m a totally Apple person), and he would not let me hire him until I had contacted his references. At the end of the job, he would not take a penny until the entire cleanup was finished (the next day). At that point, we looked through photos of my house together, and he emailed me a photo of a decorative piece that must be re-caulked and sealed before I do any pressure washing (good to know!).

The crew arrived on schedule (on a Sunday) and worked a 12-hour day. I was impressed by their hard work and coordination as they worked 40-ft off the ground on this steeply-pitched townhouse roof. Throughout the day,
Frederick Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
kept me apprised of the situation, the progress, and any issues the crew found. He never tried to hard sell me on anything, though he pointed out that I might need to consider upgrading my attic insulation at some point. (He found wet insulation and replaced that at no extra charge. He also put additional Wintergard in areas adjacent to the neighboring townhomes where he thought water could potentially cause problems. No extra charge.)

For the pet owners among you, I should point out that
Frederick Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
showed concern for my dogs and was very clear on when it was safe for me to take them outside. Before the crew left (and it was after dark), they ensured that they had been through the yards with a magnet to get any nails or staples out of the way of my pups’ paws. The crew was on site the next morning at 7:30 to finish the roof on the bump-out and to ensure that my yard and the yards of my neighbors were completely clean. My neighbors and I were completely impressed by the professionalism and care that
Frederick Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew put into this project. I will definitely hire him for more work in the future. Highest recommendation!
