The surveyors we able to locate 4 of 5 corners of our lot. The 5th was an"X" ascribed in a stone, over 15 years ago, and long since eroded away. With the job incomplete, the team departed saying I needed to "call the office" to schedule a return visit to set a marker. Upon return, the surveyors proposed to spray paint the stone and use a nail to scribe an "X" in the paint. When I insisted they place a pin, I was told by the team that "they did not have the proper equipment to set a survey pin." The surveyors complained that they had asked management for the proper equipment but had been refused. They recommended that I call the company to complain. I called the owner and he assured me that it would be done right. The next day (3rd visit) the survey crew returned with a hand drill and a masonry bit; however, they were inadequate for the job and I had to loan the crew the proper equipment. I would not recommend this survey company, which was unable to perform the basic tenants of the profession.

through angies list messaging. He replied within 24 hours and provided a contract with a work to perform and pricing. Also supplied a certificate of insurance. I agreed to the contract and the deposit. I hand delivered the documents. We agreed on a date( which was one week from the initial contact). He performed the work and the next day documents were available. Mr.

I contacted them to do a property survey so that I could have a fence installed. Seemed nice at first and gave a reasonable price. Was told I just needed to approve the price of the work and it would be scheduled promptly. Sent my reply e-mail stating I agreed to hire him for the amount stated. Never heard from him again. Thankfully I did not pay up front. This is just poor professionalism. If your company is too busy or something unexpected comes up, no problem, but you need to communicate this with your customer. Just ignoring me after I agreed to hire their firm? Very poor. I ended up going with another company who was very nice and upfront about price and availability.

I sent an email requesting a survey to be done within the next 14 days. Mr.
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
responded to my email by phone, telling me that he would be able to meet that deadline. He did not give a quote for his services stating that he was at a job at the time of returning my call, and would be in contact with me after getting some more info about the property. I did not hear from him for two days and assumed that he was too busy to communicate with me so I hired another surveyor. I immediately contacted Mr.
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
via email in order to let him know that I had made arrangements with someone else. He emailed back that the survey was already completed!! His fee was less than the second surveyor, and the report was in my email that day (after paying by credit card). Paper embossed copies were in my mail next day.
A fee quote up front would have been an appropriate thing. WIth a little better communication, this would have been a 5 star review across the board. The service itself was outstanding!

we've been residents of Winnetka for the last nine year. We finally found a project house we can fix to our tastes on
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
. After working with another surveyor for 2+ weeks to get them out to the house, they say they can't do it.

completely pull my butt out of a fire. We had two weeks to closing and all the other surveyors I called were quoting 3-4 weeks. He was able to fit my survey in despite having a similar backlog.
The reason my survey was so expensive was it was an
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
/ACSM certified land and title survey. It is very accurate (100th of a foot) and much more detailed than a standard survey. Also, it's a big property with not one straight property line. I was actually quoted nearly double by another surveyor, but I think they do mostly commercial properties.
They did a fantastic job. The survey is beautiful. They are also providing it as a pdf and autocad drawing.
I highly recommend
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
and will us them again whenever we move again.

sent his team out to survey ours and our neighbor's properties. Because our home is in an old Nashville neighborhood, some of the original survey pins were missing. So his crew found original survey pins throughout the neighborhood and used those to determine our property lines. I really appreciated their efforts to take this step in order to identify accurate measurements.
After

up the revised plats using the new measurements, he submitted the plats through the Metropolitan Planning Commission. To enhance the process and ease of the revised plats in making their way through the Metropolitan Planning Commission,
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
did work on the front end such as getting written approval from NES, Metro Water and the Historical Commission. The revised plats were approved promptly without incident.
During every step of this process,
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
communicated through phone or email on a regular basis to update me on what was happening with this project at that time. I asked a lot of questions, some of them twice. He patiently answered every one. If I could give a higher grade than an "A", I would.
Yes, we paid a lot for
Frederick Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
's work and we would do it again. We are so pleased and recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough and accurate survey with excellent communication from the surveyor..
