Leonard is an experienced life-long athlete who has been trained, and has trained, competed and participated in fitness and athletic endeavors. He is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) organization. His personal athletic achievements include having attained multi-Dan Black Belt in varied martial arts disciplines, having been awarded numerous nationally recognized sports awards, and has instructed and trained students and client groups of all ages, from individuals up to groups of 60 persons - men, women and children. Leonard works closely with all of his clients, sometimes training alongside them, to maximize the effectiveness of their personal training experiences. You have a question? He leaves no subjects regarding fitness, nutrition, training techniques or the psychology of purpose unaddressed or unanswered. Historically, Leonard has trained and participated in scholastic level sports, including football, track and field competition, calisthenics, strength and endurance training, as well as boot camp and obstacle course-formatted training regimins; he makes all of his years of athletic training experiences available to his personal training clients!!
