They made a mistake measuring the panels for the tower signage so they were not installed on time. They promised to redo these and have them installed in a few days, prior to our open house event. They did not meet this commitment and it took more than 10 days to get these installed, by then we had opened and were holding events that people were struggling to find without appropriate signage.
I was still giving them an opportunity for more work and asked about a decal sign for our front glass door. The owner told me that he would install it at no charge because of the error made on the tower signs. We were pleased with that resolution and asked if he could get that installed before our open house on 7-19. Today is 9-13 and the decal has still not been installed. The owner knows my cell phone number and does not answer my calls or return my messages. I have called at least 5 times to resolve this matter. The last time we actually talked I was told by the owner that the decal was made and he'd come over and personally install it that night.
Provided options on quote for
a) ways to save money.
b) any unexpected cost up like digging out rocks
did work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.
We ordered Window Decal Clear Vinyl H: 36" x W: 36" with Inside Glass for $181.42. The window decal arrived without any instructions or a number to call or a receipt.In any event, we had the decal installed by a professional due to lack of instructions and paid $75 to install by a professional in this field.
Right upon installation the decal showed blemishes which were obvious even before the decal was placed against the glass.
The blemishes include blemishes, bad haze, clouding, scratches, wrinkles, and blur.
We contacted signage.com and told them about the problem and offered to return it; they refused to have it returned and said to send them a picture. We explained to them exactly what the issues were.
We followed their instructions, and now they are refusing to address the matter honorably, and instead saying they would
want to us pay them another $145 to replace the defective decal.
We pleaded with them but they are steadfastly refusing to honor their obligation and correcting this problem which is clearly a defective product problem.
Awful product and awful customer service. We will never use them again. It seems they have other complaints as well see below:
