Business Description: B and C Construction and Maintenance is a business that I started a few years ago doing residential handyman services and office and laboratory maintenance. I usually work alone with a helper or two depending on the job. If the job requires i will sub-contract if needed. I have been working in Montgomery County for the past 10 years and know many other contractors. I usually request half or a third of the total job up front and the rest upon completion. I take a lot of pride in my work and can very much be a perfectionist. I have always worked hard at pleasing the customer and base my company around customer satisfaction.
