Training takes place at Atlas's private studio, where no membership or long-term contract is required. Your Certified Personal Trainer will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Session times are often flexible, to accommodate your schedule. Atlas also offers a Boot Camp class at various 6-week intervals throughout the year. Either drop in on a Saturday morning, or sign up in advance for this intense, outdoor, total body workout!
