From showroom to installation,
's team was engaged, involved, and did everything they needed to do to
our confidence, trust, and the deal.
First, we proactively wanted to go to the showroom and see the carpet available and any options. We were met warmly by
who took care of us from start to finish. We were able to choose an excellent grade of carpet--better than the deal-- and also have it installed on our preferred date.
Second, the crew who came to install the carpet did an expert job and asked questions when decisions were needed. Nothing was left to
and every respect was given to our preferences.
Third, install went great and they left the job clean.
Overall, we did not have the biggest or most complicated job. it was probably a small job my any standard. Nevertheless, we were made to feel as important as a customer buying several times more carpet. I think this shows that clients are important no matter how small.
I would certainly put
at the top of my list for a future kitchen or bathroom job should the need arise and obviously for carpet to.
I highly recommend them. Ask for
Naini.

The project went quite smoothly and was done within a couple of weeks of the expected finish date, a remarkable feat given that we asked for extra work along the way. We appreciated that Mason and his crew also tried to time the messiest work in the kitchen for when we were on vacation, so our family experienced relatively little disruption over the span of the project.

Hardwood Floor Refinishing

I strongly recommend
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
for refinishing wood floors. I hired him and his team to refinish our heart of pine floors from 1915, which had at least 20 broken boards or boards with holes, and an unsightly staircase full of nails.
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
sourced pine replacement boards that look identical to our wood floor and repaired the holes so that you’d never have known they were there, he sanded and refinished the floors expertly, and he filled the nail holes on the staircase making them virtually unnoticeable. He had a lot of suggestions that helped us figure out how to get the floors in great shape, including adding shoe molding and fixing a large hump in the floor so that it was flat afterwards.
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
is a true craftsman who pays careful attention to detail and takes enormous pride in his work. This shows in the final product, which is as near to perfection as you can get, and at a totally reasonable price. He’s also extremely personable and I found him to be quite responsive to phone calls and emails.
Painting

I give
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
the highest
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
for painting.
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
fixed some sloppy work that another painter had done, including repairing some damage that the other painter had done to our newly refinished floors. I should have hired him and his team in the first place, and I ultimately lost time and money by not doing so. I had no excuse because his price was fair. If you can, hire
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
for painting.

It went well. Most importantly no change in price even with some additional work for corrections. They do stand by their price. I wIll use them again for our bathroom remodel. They were very prompt, on time, clean after each work and answered all questions promptly.

Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was the only contractor to take the time to review the fine details provide me with timely detailed estimates and samples.
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team were timely, fair priced and reliable and were genuinely concerned with quality, not just hiring sub contractors to knock out the work asap. If you are looking for reliable service that is fair priced and of the highest quality this is the contractor for your needs.

They came when they were supposed to come, and finished on time. They did a great job, and cleaned up afterward every day. They hung plastic to protect other rooms.

We were most pleased with her suggestions and advice. Further, we intend using her in the future with some of the planned renovation. She would be a major asset for anyone intending to re-do his/her house, condo or apartment.

we've been thinking about remodeling the kitchen for a couple of years. I'd worked with Home Depot in the past to redo a bathroom, and I'll NEVER work with them again for an installation. (as it turns out, not for anything in the future, a separate story).

We decided to choose our own components and buy them separately from the installation contractor. We went to Home Depot and worked with one of their designers to select the cabinets, and
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
out of the kitchen and appliances. Based on past experience with Home Depot contractors, I would not have Home Depot do the installation. I found
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
(

) through a friend.

We purchased appliances from Internet-based providers and some through Home Depot and had them delivered. We scheduled delivery and had
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
put all of the pieces together. We also relied on him to supply a granite counter top (his price was better than Home Depot), and tile for the floor,as well as lighting. We selected paint colors and brand and purchased it through
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, again, a better price than going retail.

's crew came in when scheduled, they did the demolition and cleaned up each day after work. The schedule was made in advance, and they met the deadline, which minimized the inconvenience of not having a kitchen while the work was being done.

Before you interview any supplier or installation contractor, get an idea of what you want...flooring, painting, types of appliances, lighting etc.

Once you have an idea of what you want, and a budget, then talk to
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and keep an open mind as to alternatives. You might very well be able to get what you want at a better price.

Unfortunately, my experience with Home Depot is has been such that I will not do business of this sort with them in the future. We used them to do the layout and they mis-calculated the shelving space, and ordered extra components, which had to be returned. They mis-calculated the amount of crown molding needed, so, after three months, we're still waiting for a piece. A drawer was damaged in shipping and we're still waiting for a replacement, and whenever we contact Home Depot, we get NO response.

The responsiveness was terrific--
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
came out right away and measured the area and gave us the estimate. It included a large recreation/TV room and an office and hallway. The crew came as promised and did the job in one day! including removal of the old carpet and installation of the new flooring. It looks terrific. The crew came back the next business day to refinish the stairway (included in the price). They did a beautiful job in less than 7 hours, including sanding and refinishing to match the floors. We are highly satisfied (thrilled even) with the work.

I hired
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and Baths for two jobs: (a) Converting garage into basement bedroom with closet (in 2008); and (b) Kitchen remodeling (including combining two rooms and redoing outside / shed / storage area) (in 2009). (the cost estimate above was for both jobs -- garage-bedroom conversion was about 25,000 and the kitchen was about 50,000). I am EXTREMELY happy with the final product for both jobs. (a) The new bedroom downstairs is great -- currently being used by our au pair but then will become a guest room. (b) The kitchen is absolutely beautiful -- it includes a custom-made corner bench (see their website) with drawer storage underneath, medallion cabinets, silestone countertops, under cabinet lighting, new floor, etc. We absolutely love it!
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, Fabricio and the team were very professional with the job, which took about 8 weeks to complete once the work was started. While I had designed the overall layout of what I wanted,
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
did the full design with details -- and the details are fantastic. For example, he really thought through interesting artistic details in the way he layed out the cabinets: such as varying the height-levels and width-levels to add architectural/design interest, advising on where to place various types of cabinets for storage (very practical and functional), advising on what's "worth it" for cost savings vs higher-end, etc. The corner bench is *fantastic* -- custom made, beautiful and functional. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result. We only had one glitch during the work process, which was that the original under-cabinet lighting that we had selected was heating up the cabinets.
Bethesda Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
ended up swapping these out for a different model, and they work fine (and the under-cabinet lights are *really* worth it). I think that they put pictures of the kitchen on the website -- it's beautiful! It is now our favorite room in the house!
