Business Description: Advanced Therapeutic and Oncology Massage is owned and operated by Jessica Duda, B.S.,L.M.T. She has been a very determined and successful therapist since graduating from massage school in 2000. Having the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and with a multi-disciplinary medical team, she has learned a unique approach to treatment. With a foundation of Exercise Science and continuing training in Neuromuscular Therapy, she has taken on chronic and acute pain patients and successfully helped treat many conditions including: arthritis, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, joint pain, TMJ dysfunction, and many other conditions.
Additionally, she has undergone training for Oncology Massage through the Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM). It is a field that is in its infancy and with the growing research, this type of complementary therapy is gaining ground. Studies have shown that massage can help decrease pain and anxiety in patients undergoing treatment for cancer.
Receipts and notes can be provided to anyone who wants to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Discount packages are available for 60 and 90 minute massages.
Ask about special pricing for those in active treatment for cancer.
