"Not very happy with the service. On my son's first day of driving, having never been behind the wheel before, the instructor had him drive on Rt. 295 at 4:00pm. He was a nervous wreck and the instructor kept yelling at him. It wasn't until about the 3rd lesson that he told the instructor that he really couldn't see out of his mirrors. He was never show how to adjust the mirrors properly prior to driving. They forgot to pick him up for one of his appointments and when we called the instructor did show up about an hour late.
I think it is very poor judgement to have someone who has never been behind the wheel before to send them onto Interstate 295 just around rush hour. We won't be using this service for my other son.

"IN return only 45 minute sessions were provided. Took payment, and a receipt was never issued after numerous phone messages. My son unfortunately failed his road test, however there was no review, remediation or help given. He dropped him off and said reschedule. Instructor wanted to double up lessons and when asked about the 1 hour session, he said, that was a year ago. I think he rushes and tries to squeeze everyone into one lesson, so he doesn't have to spend the actual time. He gives all different insurance courses and I think he is over booked.
Then to add the best this instructor said that he spent 6 hours of driving instruction on the back of my son's NYS DMV test form. This is an outright lie. He only spent 225 minutes a far cry from the 360 he claims. Isn't that fraud. Then I emailed him and he told me that my son failed and he should be to blame. wow

"My wife learnt to drive with this school and below is her comments:
I newly moved here and had zero driving experience. We looked at different driving schools from
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
and DC area, and made inquiries with a few. Besides the many great reviews on Angie's List
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
had that no one else had, it was also the one that replied fastest, gave the most helpful information and had the best price, so we picked
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
. I started with a 10-hour package as advised, and renewed for more based on my progress. I passed the road test this morning on my first try.
I am very glad that we picked
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
. It was a great learning experience for me. My instructor was
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
and he was great. He had a very friendly teaching approach and good teaching skills. The stuff for me to learn and to practice in each lesson was very nicely organized based on my progress, and was always a combination of challenges and fun. I had no knowledge about driving whatsoever prior to this, and was expecting a long and stressful learning process. However with the help from
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
, I managed to get my license with very limited number of lessons, and I never felt stressed. I highly recommend this school and
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
in particular.

"I did not use this client but I keep getting asked to review things I click on. Just looked up information, that's all. I am in
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
of a driving school and this was just a "let's take a look at what they offer" kind of thing. I don't know why I always get these ratings in my mail. I would know if I used someone and can leave feedback on my own. :-/
I ended up using DriversEd.com.
Sorry
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
, I'm sure you are a great school but I have no data to leave a feedback. :-(

"We needed to have private lessons instead of Behind the Wheel because of timing. Noble established a great schedule, and were always on time. When the time came to get the license, we were missing some of the paperwork. They came back on the instructor's day off to complete the process after we got the paperwork. Would highly recommend.

"Called a few other schools, and most never even bothered to call us back.

called back quickly and we got on the schedule quickly. They were prompt, price was competitive, and my daughter was in good hands. In addition to the lessons themselves, her instructor,

"We can not praise Bill
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
, their driving instructor, enough. Both of the girls loved him and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, timely and down-to earth. He was able to coordinate times for their driving lessons accordingly on the same days. He divided the lessons appropriately including basic behind the wheel instruction, highway driving, testing skills and practice. He even taught them to parallel park on their first lesson, which both of the girls said was "the easiest thing in the world!" Kudos to an excellent driving school and having Bill is such as asset to the company. Both girls passed on their first try! Highly recommend!

"He passed his test first try, with very little previous experience.
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
enjoyed his lessons and his instructor. Thank you so much. You promised me they were good and they were. It was hard for me to teach him living in separate residents. They picked him up and even took him to his driving test. Thank you!116 Town Centre

"My teenage twin sons will be taking the driving test next week. We hired
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
to take them thru the course and provide them with any tips and suggestions to pass. The instructor/owner was very professional with me and my sons were quite pleased with the service. I am unsure of competitive pricing but do think $70/hr. is somewhat high. I will recommend the owner to my friends and keep his name on file.

"The drivers Ed course was very good at the Alpharetta location. The teacher there is funny and engaging. Our son learned alot and shared w us some interesting facts and would even correct me if my hands were not on the steering wheel correctly.
Next came the 6 hr driving time w the instructor who came to our house in 3 separate 2 hr increments. He was very punctual and courteous. We asked if there was anything he should work on but he said braking more smoothly and stopping a bit sooner at stops signs and that they would be working on the parallel parking and other basics. He also made it known that the driving exam portion could be done at Taggarts for a small fee. At the end he commended our son and told him that he was doing great and should go ahead and proceed w/ testing. Our son asked to test at Taggarts thinking that he would be more use to the small car and smaller setting.
Today we went for the driving portion at the
Bel Air Driver Education Provider Name Locked
location and he failed the test. He was docked 21 points before even getting onto the main road. There was a reverse procedure that he said they never covered in the driving lesson as well as misinformation about placement of the car during a 2 pt. turn. I was very surprised at the discrepancy between "how well prepared he was" as told by the driving instructor to how he was missing some of the basic skills according to the Taggarts Examiner (that I mistakenly thought were being covered in his training). So we've shelled out $459 for drivers Ed.. Plus another $85 for the exam. I asked if they kept data on how many students pass the exam at their facility and was told that they really don't do this??? Interesting...maybe that should start and publish the info so consumers make a well informed decision.
I would recommend the classroom portion but go for 6 hr instructor time somewhere else and definitely save your money go to the local DMV for exam. Not a positive experience on the tail end. While you wouldn't expect an Examiner to be bubbly and overly friendly and would want them to take the job seriously, the one we ended up with today was a bit on the austere unfriendly side. There was another mother in the waiting room who commented " Lord have mercy I hope my son doesn't have her!" . There only 3 Examiners at this location so it's a definite gamble. thumbs up Alpharetta; thumbs down
