i listed three items on craigs list and the buyers needed delivery. both myself and the buyers called and
was very helpful and professional. the company came and picked up the piece on schedule and were very professional. i would recommend more craigs list sellers using
for their larger furniture pieces. sellers arrange delivery and pay at delivery, it's a great option for people who need items delivered.

I highly recommend
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
and his team
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
to anyone in need of a 'small" moving project. Really, any other moving service, however, my experience was with a single appliance move.
We bought a refrigerator on

's list, and needed to get it moved from one house to our condo.

arrived before we did to pick up the Fridge. You read that right, they arrived early. Once inside they took great care with the fridge, wrapped it in moving blankets and taking their time to assess the best routes through both houses when moving the fridge.
They took great care not to harm the fridge or the homes (avoiding anything that would

door frames, etc...) despite my idiotic request to try and use a smaller doorway.
Then they removed my old fridge for me. All of this on a busy summer weekend, when I am sure they could have taken bigger jobs for more money.
And as "Added Value"; they noticed and treated my 22 year old blind cat as though she was a princess. (Which she is.)
Timely; absolutely
Professional; very
Personable; completely.
Value: fantastic.

Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
scheduled me right in. It was a short notice move, but they were able to have my apartment all packed and ready and had me relocated within 48 hours. All of my belongings were packed with great care, and nothing was damaged during the move. They took great care to be cautious and gentle with my stuff, and at an incredibly reasonable rate. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

I found Mr.
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
to be of the highly moral character, and have seen him handle unique situations with both candor and discretion. He will be the only Process Server I will ever use in the Southern California area. He additionally has performed skip-tracing and other location services for serving paperwork on the other party. We will hopefully soon be using him to assist with the issuance of subpoenas and other asset location techniques. To

Lancaster and his Staff, I warmly say "Thank you" for going the extra mile, and for everything that you do for us to support us every day.

Last week, I ordered a kayak from a local sporting goods store and was told I would be notified when it was ready for pickup. Later, I searched Angie's List for a suitable delivery service but didn't find anything for local deliveries. I found

How did it go? We were impressed from the first email reply we received from
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
was prompt and polite. We worked together to find a day and time that fit both schedules. We had service complete within a week of our original request. The service tech was professional, personable, nice, and intelligent. We have learned now that most fitness equipment service is done for clubs, hotels, schools and other locations that have many treadmills. I was delighted to know that this highly qualified company, who services commercial equipment, was available to service my residential need. I understand the fee for a single unit residential service should be higher than a commercial service fee, but it was reasonable and fair. I'd rather pay $100 to service fee than $1000+ to replace the treadmill. But, when I am ready to replace my six year old treadmill, I'll contact
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
for advice. We strongly recommend
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
for residential fitness equipment service.

BEWARE: Based on a recent experience with R&R Designer Delivery, I would like the general public to know that I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the Company's highly unethical business practices and overall lack of professionalism.
The Problem: In March 2014, R&R Designer Delivery called me at the request of my interior designer to schedule delivery of 2 arm chairs. However, they attempted to charge me $938 in storage fees because the chairs had been held at their facility for approximately 4-years. I spoke with the manager on several occasions and explained that I was never made aware of the fact that the chairs were being stored by them. In an effort to resolve the situation in the most amicable way possible, I offered to have my attorney contact them to work out an arrangement. The manager then suspiciously offered to lower the charge if I would agree not to pursue legal action. When I continued to express concern that R&R’s business practices seemed highly unethical, the manager refused to deliver the chairs, demanded $400 in payment, and told me that if I didn't have the chairs picked-up within 3-days he would get rid of them and pretend that he didn't know anything about the chairs given that we didn't have a contract or a written agreement of any sort. As a result, I paid the $400 in order to avoid further hassle and my designer rented a U-Haul truck and personally delivered the chairs.
Background: In 2010, my wife and I ordered 2 custom-made arm chairs from a local interior designer that we have worked with for many years. At the time, we were in the process of completing a major home renovation project and we intended to use the chairs in our basement. However, the scope of our kitchen re-design ballooned and we decided to delay the work in our basement for several years. In the meantime, the chairs that we ordered/purchased were completed as originally planned and our designer offered to hold the chairs until we were ready for delivery. To be specific, she told me to just contact her when we were ready to have the chairs delivered and there was no discussion regarding special storage arrangements. As such, I assumed that the chairs were in her personal possession along with other excess inventory that she kept for her retail store. Admittedly, after some considerable time had passed we both seemed to have forgotten about the chairs until I contacted her in March to make arrangements for delivery and the bizarre chain of events described above began to unfold. If I had known that the chairs were being stored by a third-party at a monthly cost, I would have had the items delivered and stored in my own basement when they first arrived from the manufacturer. When my designer delivered the chairs to my home, she explained that when she orders furniture the items are shipped from the manufacturer and held at her personal storage facility at R&R Delivery. R&R then delivers the furniture to her customers. As part of her business relationship with R&R, I assume that my designer pays a monthly fee for storage and that my chairs were kept in her storage room. If this is the case, I strongly believe that the designer and/or R&R Delivery had an obligation to inform me in advance of the storage arrangement as well as any expectations regarding additional payment that would be required from me because as the customer I had no way of knowing about this third-party business relationship. I sincerely regret that I was never informed that the chairs were being stored for a fee, and belive that the entire situation could have been avoided if I had received a
Abingdon Courier Service Provider Name Locked
phone call, letter, or invoice. It is my opinion that R&R Delivery handled the situation in a very unprofessional way, and I would recommend that anyone looking for delivery or storage services should do further research in an effort to find more reputable companies in the Chicagoland area.
