Business Description: Our service department is set up handle your calls with experienced dispatchers and we back them up with a plumber in the office to answer your technical questions. Hopefully keeping you informed with a way to resolve your emergency or problem. We have a full time parts purchasing manager to locate the hard to get items and keep your job repairs moving as smooth as possible. During daytime hours (Monday - Friday) we will always have someone to talk to or an estimator to help work up a cost for your repair. Our goal is to make the unwanted call to a plumber a good experience. Knowing that most plumbing emergencies are not in the budget, we have a link to a finance company on our web site that has experience in this type of emergency funding and they can help in as little as 10 minutes in most cases. We don't want you to have to call a plumber, but if you do, we want it to be us and to be a good experience for you.
