Absolutely you have rights to your own medical records. You may have to put it in writing and go through the offices records department. Call and ask to speak with the records department and ask their protocol.

I believe I have been treated professionally here. I have been seen promptly in this office. I feel the staff has been helpful. When I had trouble with my glasses fitting properly I went back three times and they refitted the glasses at no charge. I typically schedule my next appointment six months out.

I've been going to them since my glaucoma diagnosis in 1985. The staff is very helpful, they've done an excellent job of treating me, and I never have problems getting an appointment despite the fact that it's a busy practice. I would still advise others to schedule in advance however.

Extremely satisfied with care. Professional and caring physician and staff that listen and encourage a partnership between patient and health care professionals. Was scheduled for surgery and felt like my eye was better so called office and they were very accommodating in letting me come back in and repeat scans prior to surgery, despite fact that a spontaneous closure was extremly rare in my case. Because of their willingness to listen to me and repeat the scans. I avoided surgery. Would highly recommend Dr

I've gone to see him twice. He's very good and was happy to answer all of my questions. Scheduling was pretty easy. I called in December and they told me that I couldn't get in until the end of January. I was pleased that I had picked someone who was that popular and is obviously a good doctor. I told them that I needed cataract surgery and they were able to get me in right away instead. The office staff is very good and knowledgeable. The office is friendly and they have plenty of seating.
