"I remember before the procedure the office nurse taking off my eye glasses saying "you won't need these again". Much to my disappointment, still haven't taken my glasses off.

"Routine two year follow up that had to be rescheduled because of some new issues. Very limited waiting time and much of the exam was done by a technician ("which one is better," #1 or #2) which I was fine with. Dr. O did all the inspection of the internal eye herself. Very limited waiting time for her as well. The exam was quick, efficient and she was good about answering questions. I never felt rushed.

"Dr. Baziz was thorough, patient and friendly. He did a wonderful job setting my son at ease, and introducing contact lens wear and care.

Absolutely you have rights to your own medical records. You may have to put it in writing and go through the offices records department. Call and ask to speak with the records department and ask their protocol.

Doctor
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
is compassionate, caring, understanding and a wonderful doctor! Her office got me in to see her immediately when I called about experiencing numerous floaters. She quickly diagnosed my retina detachment, called my husband and made an appointment with her father's retina specialist. She even called me at home to find out how I was doing and about my surgery. The reason I only rated her a B on punctuality is because she's not the type of doctor who limits your visit to 15 or 20 minutes. Doctor
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
spends as much time as it takes to explain and provide different options. This sometimes puts her behind schedule but you can always call her office to find out if she is running behind or bring a good book to read. I've recommended her to friends, family and coworkers because she is a wonderful person and doctor.

I went in for an annual eye exam. I was seen by two residents - which I do not have an issue with because everyone has to learn. What I did have an issue with is the way the doctor (Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
) was speaking about my medical condition to the residents. I suffer from migraine headaches and he was asking the residents if my complaint was with my migraine headaches or if it was with my eyes. Who goes to the eye doctor for migraines?? And why is my condition being discussed where everyone can hear it? I guess they thought I was an idiot or something. I didn't care for the experience and probably would ask to be seen by another doctor.

Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
is AMAZING! What a wonderful, kind and very skilled Ophthalmologist. When my wife and I first moved to Denver, CO I was not yet eligible for my yearly checkup. However, I needed new contacts to last me through January 2014. Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
did all the leg work, from contacting my current Rx from my previous eye doctor to getting me approved for coverage even though she was out-of-network. She even had new contacts to me in just a few days. While I waited for my new contacts, she gave me a trial pair to tide me over. This was just my first encounter with Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
. Once my yearly checkup came due she listen to my concerns regarding new vision blurriness that I had not experienced before. After the standard eye exam she did a very thorough contact fitting where she explained that my astigmatism had worsened slightly in one eye and cropped up in the other and that this was the culprit of my new symptoms. She explained that contacts have become more advanced the last few years and supplied me with nearly a half dozen contact options. I mentioned that I may be interested in switching to a Daily Lens. After trying out a few of her suggestions, we met for a followup visit where I expressed my concerns that the Dailies just did not give me the 6 to 8 hour comfort I was used to in my 2 week lenses. She informed me of a couple other alternatives in both a Daily and 2 week lens and that she had them on order for me to try-out as well. While ultimately I ended up going with a 2 week lens designed for patients with an astigmatism, Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
was very patient and accommodating of my needs. So much more than an Ophthalmologist, both my wife and I enjoyed our visits with Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
and consider her a great friend. We would certainly recommend her to everyone in the area and hope any new clients would too! Thanks, Dr

I use Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
who used to work in Dr Polanskys office. I used to go to Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
- but I always had to wait for 20 - 60 minutes after my scheduled time to get in. So I switched to
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
(same problem there) and then Dr
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
. Her office is organized, I get in on time. She is quite personable and skilled, answers all my questions in detail and willing to spend whatever time I need to feel satisfied that I'm informed. I never feel rushed. Her staff is nice too.

I was referred by my primary care physician. The visit was long as I had needs that required different drops (waiting to work), photographs etc. I saw a lovely physician named Dr.
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
. She was extremely competent and knowledgeable about my specific rare nevus (mole) in my eye. She was thorough, pleasant, efficient. The staff were helpful and kept everything running smoothly (and that was with 1 staff member out ill). I was very pleased and would recommend Dr.
Wilbraham Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
as I cannot go to a regular optometrist. I also got in rather quickly after the referral.

Office staff was friendly and professional. I was able to get in much more quickly than other retina specialists I'd tried. They did a details scan of my retina, discussed potential causes, treatments, and side effects. I returned the next day for a shot - they are not allowed to keep the medication in their office. I've returned twice for additional shots. My vision improves after each shot. The doctors and staff are all friendly and professional, clearly informing me about my condition, procedures, etc.
