Business Description: Nu work,repairs,addtions,whole remolding jobs. High level paid to details. At any point in the job customer imput very welcomed and important so that we have no problems later on. All customer concerns are addressed at once ( tracking dirt thru home , noise , dust , trash , smoking , langauge ). Contracts are used so that all partys know just what is expected of them . Payments are set set up as to when they are do for work compleated. I have licensed Electricans and Plumbers when need . We also have plasters when called for .General labor for demo and trash removel. No dumpsters are used a dump truck is used that way trash is removed in one day and no damage is done to any surfaces. All work is done in a workman like manner. Most work days are 8 am to 5 pm unless some thing special is being done. Estimates are free for small jobs but on larger jobs requiring many hours for prep a fee is needed. When job is awarded the fee will be credited to job. Design work for job also will have a fee and this fee is nonrefundable. Emergencey work has has a service fee of $69.00 to come plus what ever the cost of work is . All work has a Warrantie of 2 yrs on labor only and materials warranties are from manafactures. The fees that are charged may be a bit more ,but our company dots the i's and crosses the t's and is not finshed till the customer is 100% happy. The final payment is due only when the customer is happy with all services preformed. We also offer the service of representing the home owner at the planning board meetings and the appeals board meetings. The service distance that we cover is Watertown , Belmont , Waltham , Newton , Cambridge , Brookline , Natick ,Weston, Lexington , Wayland . If the job is small we will go a bit farther , but most of the time we try and stay in side of 128 belt. Concrete work is done on an look see bases , we try and keep this type of work to a small scale. If we say that we will be there we come on time , if some problem arises we will call and make any changes needed so as to never leave any one hanging .
