They said to be there 9am when they opened. So I got there and found the delivery team was waiting for me while I picked out and paid for the bed. They loaded it up and followed me back to my house and the entire transaction was done in about 1 1/2 hours! I was so impressed I also purchased a small dining set later in the day and was able to transport to my house on my own. The sales person was so helpful and the delivery crew were very courteous. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this store/staff to others. I would also feel good about purchasing more furniture in the future.

After two (2) weeks I called the store to inquire about my delivery, I was placed on hold and then given another phone number to call regarding the delivery, I called 302-533-6139 and spoke with

I called again at 7:30 p.m. and no one answered the phone, no voice mail or answering service, at 8:00p.m. I called the store (302-543-6407),

I received a call at 8:36 p.m. from the delivery driver to inform me that they were having a problem with the truck, but said he was going to deliver my furniture, I did not receive my furniture on the 23rd of September! The next morning at 10:07 a.m. the delivery driver called and wanted to know if he could deliver my furniture, they arrived at 10:30 a.m. I watched them unoad the chest from the truck and was surprised it did not have any packing material around it nor was it wrapped in any type of protective blanket. The driver told me it was wrapped up inside the truck, I guess he didn't realize I had watched them pull up and unload it! The chest has a dark spot on the top of it and the delivery guy

"I could not be more disappointed. We knew when we were buying at

that this furniture wouldn't be heirloom quality. But we expected it to last at least 5 years! It didn't even last 2. Within the first 2 years the sofa, love seat, and chair started sagging. Even our 50 pound dog practically disappears when he sits on the couch, like it's swallowing him up. They are so uncomfortable I became completely unable to sit on them for more than 1 minute before my back started aching. Now, at around 5 years, the fabric on the sofa is all separated from the backing and peeling off. It's disgusting.
The tables and lamps are fine. But the rest of the furniture is complete junk.

"For the first year it was fine. Then after the warrenty went away, the furniture literally fell apart at the seems. All cushions and coverings separated from their seems and actually fell apart.

"After use of gentle use [we are 82 years old and don't jump on furniture] the fabric is peeling and cracking. It looks terrible. Like something Goodwill would turn down. When we went back to the store we were told that the warranty only applied to the frame and springs, not to upholstery. They would only repeat that your problem is not covered. I have had many recliners in my 82 years, and never had one look this bad in such a short time. I filed a report with the BBB which resulted in a call from the company that said sorry but the upholstery is not covered by the warranty and there is nothing we can do. My reply was that that didn't help me with recliners that looked like a cast out, but it did confirm that I will shop elsewhere in the future and advice everyone I can that

"They are a solid F. I went in over Presidents Day weekend and purchased a dining room table, 4 chairs and a chair that I planned to place in the master bedroom. Delivery cost me $100, strange since I spent quite a bit and was 4 days in process. Ugh? Same day delivery, I don't think so. Thursday, the delivery guys arrive and A. have a problem bringing in the table as it is round, I have a big doorwall out back, but they didn't want to walk in the snow. (This is what he said). Therefore my other doorwall -smaller and into my clean kitchen became their entry point. They didn't remove ANY of the materials from the tables and chairs and -surprise when I went upstairs to see the new chair for the bedroom it was the wrong one! I figure that the delivery guys knew that the table was broken, the granite along the sides when I removed the plastic fell to the floor. Upon calling, I spoke to my Sales Person, Ed who advises me that his Manager will have to take care of it and he wouldn't be in until after 3P. At 4P Ed calls me and says his Manager is still not in, but they will pick up the table and chairs next TUESDAY! And that I will have to pay the higher price for the chair, as it was higher. Shouldn't companies honor their errors? I know mine does. I would not recommend shopping

FOR ANYTHING, even a LAMP. Go somewhere else, AVOID them at all costs and if you do make the mistake of buying something, make sure the delivery guys don't run out the door before removing the plastic, etc. NEVER AGAIN!

"Within the first 12 months I noticed two open holes in the seams of the attached pillows on the sofa and as well as an open seam on one of the unattached pillows.

sent out a technician who picked up the pillow for repair and determined they needed to send a different technician to do the sofa repair. That technician came out a couple of weeks later to sew the seams on the sofa. When I received the repaired pillow they sent the wrong pillow with the wrong material. I eventually was able to get the correct pillow after several weeks.
Within another 6+ months one of the same seams on the sofa came apart again and at the same time I realized that the seat cushion of the chair and ottoman that I purchased had been damaged by the zipper of the pillow (that came with the chair) which it seems had been incorrectly installed. I asked customer service at

to look into what could be done about the chair cushion. The customer service person, after several conversations, said there was nothing they or the manufacturer would do about the chair cushion or the defective pillow. I also have no confidence that the sewing repairs on the sofa will hold up over time as I believe there is a design flaw in the sofa. I expressed my dissatisfaction to their inaction.
I have purchased a great deal of furniture from several other furniture stores over the years (IMI, Lazy Boy....) and have had that furniture for a minimum of 7 years and as long as 16 years and have never had the problems I am having with my purchase from

"The sale went very well. Our sales person was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. However the delivery went very wrong. There was a delay getting the sofa from the manufacturer extending our delivery date by several days. When it did come in we were first told that it would be delivered the next day (the day before the Super Bowl). That was acceptable to us. Shortly after that call we received another call telling us that they could not deliver the sofa for another 4 days because they were "booked" up. Reluctantly I agreed with the understanding that it be delivered in the afternoon since we had an appointment in the morning. They indicated that they would check and let us know but if it couldn't be delivered Tuesday they would not be able to deliver it until Thursday or Friday. When we did not receive a call back I called and asked to speak to our sales person. She was not in that day, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told none was available. The next day I called and a manager answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and told him that we would not be doing business with them again. I also told him that I am an active member of Angies List and would therefore be completing a review. The sofa was delivered that morning."
