's fuel to have my boiler inspected and cleaned was told after the inspection that the chamber was collapsed and to repair it would cost an additional $500 but I should also look into getting a new boiler because it was 20 years old. This is also the company I buy my oil from.
After paying $100 for the inspection with no cleaning. I decided to call another company for a 2nd opinion. The other company came inspected it and cleaned it. Asked him about the chamber and he said it was fine just a little soot build up and just needed to be cleaned. I would never use them again for oil or service of my boiler.

They were great overall. They let me know when there were arriving and they did arrive in that hour window. They went right to work--very efficient. They were done quickly--only 45-50 minutes in total. They answered my questions and understood why I was asking them. My only disappointment was cleanup. There was a fair amount of debris left behind that they said they would clean up--they didn't. Unfortunate to have that taste in your mouth because they did a nice job overall.
I'd recommend them but just set your expectations.

Uneventful. Heating oil is tough business and hard for a company to stand-out without charging notably more than the competition.

I called
Reading Heating Oil Suppliers Provider Name Locked
and received a price estimate over the phone. When I told the gentleman I had several hundred gallons of oil remaining in the tanks, he reduced the bid by $100, which I thought was reasonable (but not great).
Scheduled the appointment and they were at my house at the arranged time. It took them approximately 1 hour to remove the oil, the tanks, and the piping that went through the foundation. They patched the holes in the foundation and left the basement without a drop of oil on the floor. All in all, a very neat, professional job.

I met with
Reading Heating Oil Suppliers Provider Name Locked
Este's for the estimate, and it was ordered. Install went as schedule on 7/9/14, only thing that was not excepted that when the hooked the pipe to the chimney I had a cracked tile , so a chimney liner was added , and still completed the same day. Also because I changed propane providers, I have new tanks and 100 gallons free propane. New tanks, new furnace, for the new buyers.

I bought a house and was looking for a company to service the burner and deliver oil.
Reading Heating Oil Suppliers Provider Name Locked
offered a free burner service for new customers and a oil price cap contract for the season. The free service turned out to be a nightmare...after the man left , my house was smelling of oil, but I figured it would go away as the day wore on. It got worse ae the day wore on, so I called their number to get emergency service. The serviceman showed up, and found that the day service man had put wrong parts on my burner which was causing oil to leak out into the blower compartment. Three hours later the problem was remedied. With respect to oil delivery I had requested that they call first because my oil portal was in my back yard (which is fenced because I have greyhounds). The first 2 deliveries went fine. The third delivery in February went fine, but when I got my bill they were charging $.30/

Oil. The owner is unethical and laughed t me on the phone when I pointed out that his contract was actually worthless (except to him, of course). On March 31st, the LAST day of the heating season (as per his contract) they delivered oil--WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST. If they had called, as they were supposed to, I would have refused the delivery, as I still had half a tank and did not want to do business with this scheister anymore. I asked immediately that they pump the oil out--but they never responded to me until 45 days later when I got the collection phone calls. I wrote letters that were never responded to, and in the end Mr.

took me to small claims court. Unfortunately I lost and had to pay for the oil, that I did not want and had repeatedly asked to have pumped out. I would never trust this skeevy LITTLE man. I have since learned that he serviced a neighbors' burner, left off a part, and they had problems with their burner. Also, I found out several years ago he overfilled a neighbors tank and they had oil all through their basement and had to vacate the house for a year so the EPA could affect the appropriate clean up. My point is : STEER CLEAR OF

Excellent service, price, professionalism. They had to do extra work in removing mice nests, debris, and replace chewed wiring which was done cheerfully, quickly, and well-done. We also use them for all heating service and fuel delivery. We have been satisfied customers for over 35 years. Their response time is always excellent and work is completed on a timely basis.

was not good at all in responding or communicating with me. We were moving and needed to have the oil tank out. We contacted them about six weeks before the move. The guy I needed to talk to was not in the office, so they gave me his cell number. I thought that was great, figuring I'd have a more direct line of contact.

gave me the best price, so I went with them. A classic case of "you get what you pay for." I dealt with weeks of trying to get a date, only to have the date come and go with no communication. The day they were supposed to arrive, they didn't show. I called the office, they called the guys, the guys called me and said they couldn't be there for a few hours. Then called at 4:00 to say they couldn't make it at all because they didn't have a truck to take the oil. (Didn't they know that earlier in the day?) Nearly the same thing happened the following time that they gave me, except they let me know around noon that they couldn't come, after promising that they'd be there in the morning. With a week until our moving date, I was beside myself. When talking with them, they weren't really rude, but showed no compassion and I never received any apology. They also wanted me to pay the day they emptied and cut up the tank, leaving it on the side of our house. They said that someone from their office would come and pick it up. I said I wouldn't pay them until it was gone. They did come pick it up three days before we moved, but the stress level in dealing with them was through the roof. I felt they had no consideration for our time line or situation. In retrospect, I would definitiely pay more to work with people who were professional and caring.

higher than our current oil provider. I wanted to deal with a local company, but who can afford to pay these prices? We can't. It would cost us an extra $200 a tank fill to buy their oil on top of the cost for having the furnace cleaned. Very disappointing.
