They did a very good job responding quickly to a difficult situation...a pipe froze and flooded much of our house. They really went above and beyond in the services they provided to us. The quality of work on some of the minor details (e.g. painting) could have been a little bit better, but overall we were very, very pleased with
. We rated cost as N/A because this was covered by insurance, and so the pricing was negotiated directly between
and our insurance adjustor.

From start to finish
took care of us and all of our concerns. Initially, we started from our own plot of land in a
gated community. We had some issues with the
personally delt with the situation and resolved our issues fast and to our satisfaction. As the home was being built
walked us through the process and helped us make decisions in the change orders we gave him to preform. We could not have asked for more. We wanted things a certain way and
suggest that we could do things that way but that it could cause problems down the road. He was polite and understand to our needs through out the whole process. The house turned out great and the changes he suggest, we couldn't be more happy with.
is a great guy and an excellent builder. We recommend him to anyone who is looking to build in the
beach area.

Architecture went back and forth dozens of time to get the right design for the neighborhood, that was ultimately salable.
Permitting is always a challenge in
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
, changes had to be made, flexibility is always required.
Weather was also not cooperating, but
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
managed to keep it on target price, although it was a little late.
The end results were beautiful. Great exterior, a bit different for the neighborhood, and stands out. Very usable interior spaces, with lots of balconies to provide outdoor space. A 4th floor artists loft/2nd master bedroom leads to a great outdoor space from which you can see the

I also used
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
for a major renovation to our current home. About $150k, much lower than any other option. I liked how he presented multiple subs for my review and the options for cost and time.

ripped down the walls where the rot was and then brought over a structural expert to plan not only the repair, but how to make sure this wouldn't happen again.
He removed mold and rotted boards, allowed the house to dry out for several days and then rebuilt and painted the section including the chimney that housed my oil chimney. He added a wider cap on top of the chimney to prevent water running down to the same area again. He also added plastic insulation under the clapboards so moisture wouldn't creep back into the walls.
I have used

Parket for many jobs in the past (new roof, deck staining, refinishing boathouse interior). He is very smart, a nice guy, and does excellent quality work at a great price.
I will be using him again.

Unlike Lawngevity, we actually saw
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
's crew do the work they promised. At the end of the day, you could hardly tell they had been 10 feet down into our driveway. The sod lines and the few pictures we took were the only evidence. They did a great job.
Even though it has only been a month since they've performed the repairs, we are confident in his work. He also had a more realistic 1 year warranty. Lifetime warranties are often too good to be true.

I purchased a home lot from this company 10 years ago and have lived here quite happily until this year. The builder, Zillich Interiors built a home on a low lying lot up the street from us. The lot was very marshy and a pond for most of the year and would hold large amounts of water when it rained.
After building the new home it would flood the yard and home. This happened at least 3 times over the course of 10 months. The companies remedy for this was to dig a deep trench through the property and across the next property allowing the water to empty out into the street instead of the homes yard. This sent huge amounts of water into the street during heavy rains and caused the street and neighbors yards and properties to flood extensively.
When Mr Zillich was called about this after a heavy rain in May of 2014 he became very hostile, told us to not call him back and hung up on me.
I did not have any interactions with him again until after another heavy rain in the end of June which flooded the street, stranded a motorist and flooded my yard. I saw him in early

adding a large pump in addition to the trench to send even more water down the road. When I tried to speak with him he became very hostile and began pushing me and hitting me in the chest. I asked him how much water he was going to send down the hill and he replied "All of it!" what are you going to do about it and continued to push and hit me some more telling me to hit him.
As of this date the property still has a deep trench and large pump that empties water into the street and floods the neighborhood during heavy rain.
I can't believe I gave this man and his company 100k of my money to live here.

took my plans and never returned......... total flop... guy was telling me, "I go from one job to another and keep everyone happy" Well you'll never get a job when you take my plans (#expensive) and never return.. waste of time.

After a few years I still love this shower and the nice work done. Mr.

and his son have done work for us over the past 20 or so years. We have never been disappointed. He worked with me to choose the tile and make sure I was happy with the end result.

original projects went well- not perfect but acceptable- minor issues included sections missed when painting, railing in back not stable.
reasonable satisfaction and good price
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
to more projects- the drywall was okay- minor issues- baseboards not removed so imperfect transition of drywall to baseboard including overhang of drywall. drywall has developed seams showing through.
bathroom remodel went okay- however a few months later- discover/realized that latex sealer?caulk was used allowing water to escape from shower into adjacent areas to develop mold. also discovered i am allergic to mold.
snow blockers/diverters came off from snow the following winter.
The crew was nice but many were clearly not experienced. radio was quite loud at times. behind my shed was used as a toilet- i was advised by my neighbor that a man had been peeing back there. crew was critical of employer at times.
when billed (over phone) for the last of the work some time later after the snow diverters came off the roof and the mold discovered- i advised i would not pay.
did not hear anything for somewhere around a year when i received a written bill, the next day or two i received a collections bill- i advised the above and have heard no more.

I called
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
on a monday because of a leak in the roof at my grandmother's home. I spoke with
Randolph Home Builders Provider Name Locked
, whom was very nice on the phone. He came out on wednesday to do the free roof inspection and estimate. I received the estimate the next day via email. We have had many issues with this one particular spot on the roof the continues to leak over the years, we have had 3 different roofing companies out to the house to fix this problem in just the last year and a half --- the last one costing us about $900. We were very pleased with the estimate price provided to us, I called him back immediately to start work that following Monday. He did a beautiful, neat, and quick repair job. We have had about 3-4 big storms since then and the new repair job is holding up wonderfully!! We are very happy with the results. I would use this company again in the future and would definitely recommend to a friend.
