Our Registered Nurse will provide a free in home evaluation and create a detailed care plane to specifically meet your needs. The Plan of Care contains activities of daily living, range of motion exercises and a full dietary plan. The process of finding the right home care provider can be a difficult one and Clearview makes it easier by simplifying our billing. All services are included into a low hour or per day rate and there is never any long term commitment. We want you to feel comfortable with the care provider you have selected at all times.
