"I brought my cat Trooper in on 11/17/2009 because he had been sick and not eating, etc. to be put down. I was crying a wicked alot and I explained that I didn't not want his remains back nor the carrier because it was just too much pain for me to see it. They said that they would take care of my Trooper. Not one person offered my kleenex and the woman in the waiting area with her dog was crying also because I was crying. One week later, I got a call that Trooper's remains were back and that I could pick him up. I had my husband call them as I was too upset and they said that were sorry they called and they said that they see the notation on file that I did not want remains back. They once again told me that they would take care of Trooper remains, etc. Well in May 2010, I get a call from Vet's office telling me that they still had Trooper's remains and wanted to know what I wanted to do with them. Though it was painful for me to call, I called and chewed them out about taking this long to dispose of remains, etc. Six month's later and his remains haven't been disposed off. This office is terrible - only out for the money. don't care about the families they hurt. There not professional and I quickly took my records from there for my other cats and went some where else. I will never go back to them. The owner of the vet place didn't have the XXXX to call me either when I asked him to do so. don't GO THERE!"

"Excellent! Everyone we interacted with at the office was very kind and attentive to us as new parents and to our scared kitty! the first time at a vet can be a bit of a scary experience but our kitty soon calmed down after a few minutes with the vet . They did a complete exam and explained some items that were in the shelter's paperwork. Since there were major issues not addressed in the shelter's exam, a few weeks later I brought in a sample to be tested for worms...just in case... That test was $25. Overall, the office is upbeat and welcoming and very pet & people friendly.

"I called the

because my pug was starting to have hot spots on his front legs. He has allergies and now the heat is on in the house they seemed worse. I spoke with the girls at the front desk and explained the changes in his allergies. They told me they would review with the Veterinarian. I told them I would stop by in a half an hour so my pug could weigh in. (He is on a reducing diet.) When i arrived they had spoken with the Vet and had medication a ready for me.
Everyone at the desk, the vet techs and the vets themselves are all great! I have been going there with my pets for over 20 years.
I recently (September 2012) had to euthanise my 14 year old dog because she lost her ability to swallow. She had been sick for the last several years and they were so wonderful to her. We visited often with medical issues and they provided wonderful palliative care for her. She had a very good quality of life in her last years because of them. She couldn't have had better treatment anywhere else.
