"I knew I needed a new mattress but I didn't realize how bad it was.l didn't sleep in that room for the summer. Then I went on vacation and when I came back, I sleep on that" old mattress for one night and could hardly get out of bed and stand up. So I asked the people at
how you could tell whether you needed just a mattress or a whole set. The gentleman told me to put a broom across the box spring and if it wasn't flat then I needed a new box spring also. I told him it wasn't flat and said well check whether the bed slats are broken. I am sorry to have to say but I didn't have any bed slats. The gentleman told me to measure the frame and then to go to home depot and get 1 by 3's and see if that is what it needed. That helped but the bed was shot. They sell the big name mattress but they also sell mattresses made by the Amish. The set was very reasonable and the Amish make an excellent product. I told him the quilting looked just like the last mattress I bought there. The one in my guest room, not the one I was replacing. He told me it was because his
was Amish and it is his family making the mattress. His driver called before he came. They carried the box spring up to the room. He seen I had my bed skirt sitting there and go ahead put your bed-skirt on, we will take this old one down and get the new mattress. So agreeable.
could have just sold me a new bed set but he made sure I needed one. They did everything possible to be sure that there wasn't a detail that needed attention to that would solve the problem. That is what you call old fashion service. The price was good and the service was excellent!

"My husband and I spent 1.5 hours in the store on Sunday. There were no other customers so the salesman \ manager spent a lot of time answering our questions and helping us understand" the options available. We were encouraged to
down on several beds. After doing some research later that night, I returned to the store the next day for a final test on the mattress we selected. I ordered the mattress in the afternoon. They offered to deliver the next day but I had a conflict and asked if they could deliver the following day before noon. I needed to leave for work by noon. He added notes to the sales order to deliver before noon. But someone failed to tell the delivery team. By 11:45 I realized there was a problem. They planned my delivery at the end of the day, at 4:00. Although it was an inconvenience, my husband came home early and the delivery team agreed to wait until 4:30. The mattress was delivered without any issues. It was exactly as expected and we had a good night sleep.

"Stay far away from this seller. Especially the Plantation store. The original $1000 bed I purchased was too soft, so they exchanged my bed for a firmer model with an exchange fee, which" was told to me and was on the papers, so that was fine. The second bed bothered my back too. So I then went into the store and met with the manager. He sold me on a $3000.00 bed and said this would be the answer to my dreams. What a slick salesman that I mistakenly trusted! The next thing you know is my back was worse that ever. So then I wanted to exchange the bed for a better model and the manager says no way, we only allow one or two exchanges. THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME AND IS NOT ON THEIR PAPERWORK! They would not budge and now I'm stuck with a bed that I can not sleep on. Stay far away from this store in particular and
. They do not stand behind their bad recommendations!

We purchased a California king size bed. It was expensive, but it's high quality. I primarily interacted with the son during the purchase. He was personable.

Between the non-allergenic qualities and the non-pressured service, we were pleased. Most of all, one of us can move around on the bed without disturbing or waking up the other. The delivery was on time and set-up quick.

Loved that the sales person did not pressure me to buy. Sales person answered all my questions and was very informative. Decided to purchase the mattress & box spring and have it delivered. Purchase was made 2days before Labor Day with delivery on the holiday. On delivery day, received call at9:30 stating delivery between 12and 2. The truck arrived at about 11:50 and delivery was completed in about 10 minutes. Appreciated the promptness of the delivery.

Lowell Mattress Discounters Provider Name Locked
the manager took my call & had no problem with a price I had figured to be a more then fair price prior to making the call. Also, she was very courteous, patient & professional with her attitude & was also very punctual in e-mailing our receipt as well as arranging I believe within 2 days delivery. The delivery men were more of the same even though it was a late delivery & they had to of been tired etc. I would definitely recommend this particular outlet to deal with as we felt as though our business was appreciated & they were glad we were repeat customers.

This is a PS to my review of 1/29/14. My mattress was about to hit the 1 year

and it had always felt harder than it did in the store when we bought it. Because I was having back problems I thought a mattress topper would help. I called
Lowell Mattress Discounters Provider Name Locked
for recommendations on mattress toppers and explained why I felt the need for one. He checked my records and told me there was no way I should need a mattress topper on my mattress...unless there was something wrong with it. He sent his men out to check it and they found that

was harder than it should be.

We bought a SN bed from an Atlanta store about two years ago that has never worked properly. We discovered recently just how awful SN’s customer service is when we called to get assistance with the bed. (You have to call an 800 number.) After being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes, I spoke to a CSR who wanted to take me through a long set of steps on the phone (basically taking the whole bed apart) to diagnose the problem myself. I told her I wanted to schedule a technician, and she said it would be 2 weeks and there would be a charge. I did opt to schedule a visit and was given an appt 2 weeks away with a four hour
window. The technicians arrived MORE THAN AN HOUR beyond the end of the 4 hour window. They did not bother to call me earlier in the day to let me know they would be late. All they did was take the bed control up to 100 a couple of times and bring it back down despite the fact that I told the CSR on the phone that my side was leaking. They refused to replace the bladder during the visit, saying we would have to call back and request a new bladder. It was obvious after the first night that my side was leaking, so we called back and requested a new bladder, which will take two more days. Thus, it has taken approximately 3 weeks,
multiple calls, and one visit and our problem is still not resolved. I wish I had never bought this bed! Sleep Number's product
support is horrendous, particularly since they sell a product that the consumer uses every day for 8 hours a day.
