After a three attempts to get other service providers to follow up on bids, we contacted
. Wish we would have gone to him 1st. We purchased two beautiful 100 year Church Stained Glass Windows, but weren't sure how we would display them in our dining Room. We didn't know how we wanted them displayed.
came out and asked enough questions to gain understanding of what we were thinking. He walked around the house and started brainstorming solutions. He ended up setting them up to look like windows even though it was an internal wall. He build cabinets to support the windows, restained the trips getting all trims to perfectly match, figured out how to light them, and installed them. We appreciated each step of the way he would check to see if we liked colors, finishes, etc. They are the centerpiece of our home.
In addition
called or emailed regularly to confirm times he would be working, always showing up when he said. WOW!
If you want quality work, done by a craftsman
is your guy.
We are already thinking about some other project to have

I wanted the 5-1/2 foot long radiator in the dining room of my 1914 bungalow covered with an oak arts & crafts style cover. I called
was out to measure and give an estimate within a couple of days. The cover was built and installed in about 3 weeks, although
said this was unusually fast turnaround - the original estimate was 4-6 weeks.
The cover is beautiful, it looks like a built-in. The top is quarter-sawn oak - with the grain in the top boards placed so that a chevron pattern is formed. It has vertical slats across the front and on the sides; the top hinges for cleaning and bleeding the radiator, and there is insulating/reflective material inside the back and top to direct the heat into the room, and insulate the wood. The finish is beautiful; it is the nicest piece of furniture in the house, and the style and color match the
in the house perfectly. This might not be as important in a bedroom or other out-of-the-way place - but the radiator is under the windows, in a small room, in a spot that I walk by many, many times a day - and now I reach out to touch the beautiful wood each time.
By the time the taxes and a couple of minor adjustments in labor were added in, it was a about $100 more than I thought. I had some initial sticker shock over the cost - but it is handcrafted, fits in perfectly, and looks great - so I got over it pretty quickly.

Did an excellent job. He turned my olf beat up furniture into a thing of beauty. He came to get the furniture when he said he would, kept in touch during the whole process and returned my furniture to me when he said he would. The work was intricate and detailed. Everything is perfect about his work.

3 years ago we moved into our Condo and hired
Littleton Unique Furniture Makers Provider Name Locked
to install a combination
Littleton Unique Furniture Makers Provider Name Locked
and desk. We went back to them this time to remove the bed section and replace it with wardrobes.
First we called them to explain what we wanted and asked for a quote. They told us to email them the details but they never replied. Finally we decided to go visit their store. The sales lady was very nice in person and it was important for us that the modifications match with the existing installation so we decided to hire them again for this job. We signed the contract and scheduled the installation appointment before leaving.
When the installation date arrived, they never showed up. We called them mid-day and they said that the bed wasn't ready yet. We stayed home from work in order to let them in but they never bothered letting us know. They said they would call us back over the weekend to reschedule but they never did. We called back the following Monday and asked if they could come that week. They said they had too many jobs and couldn't schedule us in so finally we made an appointment for the following week.
On the installation day, just before they finished, they told us that they forgot to bring the wardrobe doors with them and that they'd have to come back another day. We scheduled for them to come back on Thursday that week to finish the job.
On Thursday, they didn't showed up... again. When we called, they said they can't make it and that they'd try to come the next day. We had to insist that they pick a fixed time slot so that we wouldn't have to wait around all day. They did come in that subsequent Friday and finish the job. This time they didn't bother cleaning up and left sawdust all over the floor.
They finished 2 weeks after the original scheduled installation date. Overall the quality of the product is okay but this was overpriced for the amount of modifications required. We only went with them because they could match the wood finish of the rest of the unit. After this horrific experience we will never use them again nor would we recommend them to anyone.

, the owner, is the most talented wood worker I have ever worked with. He made sure exactly what I wanted and had the pieces CNC'd. He even made mock ups to show me before making the cherry originals to make sure it was what I wanted. I had made a design of a table that I wanted for our banquette.

was able to take the drawing and make it come alive. The number of finishes he puts on are really good and perfectly smooth. I would say a better finish that the Amish furniture I have. He told me he has built a lot of items for

Amazing work! All I had left of the original returns was a remnant of one of them. Tiny recreated 3 new ones and stained them to match the original. I've researched getting replacement returns in the past, and these were better and less expensive - also I didn't have to worry about getting the measurements exactly correct since Tiny did the measuring. Prompt, highly skilled and professional work.

I had a huge number of albums (vinyl) that I had not been able to keep out due to space limitations, a huge number of CDs and a lot of books.
Littleton Unique Furniture Makers Provider Name Locked
(the owner) designed a beautiful office/music room carefully engineering the space to accommodate all my albums. cds and books inside beautiful cherry cabinetry and a beautiful custom desk with a copper top. I cannot say enough good things about
Littleton Unique Furniture Makers Provider Name Locked
and the work he does. He is very accommodating and definitely designs and builds to the needs/desires of the customer. We plan on having
Littleton Unique Furniture Makers Provider Name Locked
come back and create a custom arch top door for our entryway in the fall when he has time. The project took longer then anticipated, but the results where well worth it. I would much rather have a quality job that runs over the quoted time frame than a hurried shoddy job that gets done on time.

I am a repeat buyer with
Littleton Unique Furniture Makers Provider Name Locked
and first used them for custom pieces of furniture a few years ago. My total purchases with this store are actually somewhere around $8000.00. They have a very nice set up where you can choose any type of wood any size, shape and color. This is especially important when you need furniture that is useful for someone in a wheelchair or furniture adjusted so that tall or short people can sit comfortable. I have never had any problems with any of my pieces that were custom ordered. We recently moved and needed some additional pieces of furniture so we decided to visit their Warehouse located at 34425 Lorain Road #7, in North Ridgeville. After a few different trips, we purchased two media stands, a damaged desk that was supposed to be repaired, a small writing desk, a library table, a bookshelf and a wooden chair to go with the small writing desk. We were told that if we paid cash we could take an extra 10% off, except for the library table, so we paid for everything plus part of the library table with CASH and put the remaining approximate $480.00 on a credit card. All of the pieces of furniture were delivered in one trip. Both media stands and the plain wooden chair were fine and didn't have any issues. The damaged Palacek desk was in an accident at their store and had a damaged top. They were supposed to restore and re-polish that prior to delivery, but never did so, but it is now being used as a keyboard stand. The problem pieces were the bookcase, the small writing desk, and the library table. These three pieces had such a strong pungent mold odor that I had to use my asthma inhalers and antihistamines. When I complained to the store they told me that what I was smelling was probably more a smell from formaldehyde leaching out from the plywood, but mentioned that I could try to clean the furniture with vinegar. The store eventually came out to pick up the bookcase the writing table, and the drawer from the library desk. Weeks went by without any calls so when I called, I was told that the pieces were "airing out". I'm not sure why several year old furniture needs to air out? Anyhow, as the weeks went on, I called the store and asked if they could just make new pieces, but I was told that my cost would triple. The store then decided that they wanted to seal the pieces of furniture to try to seal the formaldehyde. When they finally redelivered the pieces, I opened the drawers of the writing desk and could still smell the moldy smell as well as the clear coat smell so the problem was not taken care of. In the past I have always had a good experience with this store. This time, I don't know what happened, but my experience is not a positive one. On June 15th, I wrote a letter to the store and asked to return the 3 items that had the moldy pungent smell. I asked for $1737.00 plus $112.91 for the tax to total $1849.91. Just yesterday I got a check for $1737.00 with a note on the check that it is payment in full and an additional note that the tax money cannot be returned because they already paid it to the State. This is the first time that I have never not received a refund of tax paid on a purchase that was returned. I was actually prepared to give this company straight A's down the list as my experiences have always been positive until this one. BUYER BEWARE OF THE WAREHOUSE FURNITURE---My experience is 50% of the furniture was good and 50% needed to be recycled. This store also charges a delivery fee of $79.00, and I was just told also has a restocking fee for any returns.

We had just bought the house (7 yrs old) and the kitchen sink was pulling away from the counter top and the previous owner had tried to repair it by applying Liquid Nail. AIS removed the sink, cleaned the Liquid Nail from the sink and granite and re-installed the sink.It was a bit difficult to re-install the sink because the hole in the granite had been originally cut too large. But they got the sink re-installed successfully and it looks good now and is solidly attached to the granite.
