Business Description: Baystate Taekwondo Academy’s new facility is located at 495 Worcester Rd, Framingham. We operate as a co-operative of black belt instructors, with each offering their particular specialized knowledge. The school is founded on our firm belief in the great value of martial arts training. Our poomse (forms) and sparring training are based on competition requirements and traditional styles. We are a modern studio, however, believing in strong family values while recognizing the need for the development of discipline, self-control, and respect—our motto. At the Baystate Taekwondo Academy, your children can practice discipline and learn valuable skills while growing to be responsible adults. Baystate Taekwondo Academy is recognized by USA Taekwondo and by the World Taekwondo Federation. We are active in the Massachusetts and New England Taekwondo communities and regularly participate in local and regional USA Taekwondo-sanctioned competitions, charity demonstrations and educational events. Our school’s chief instructor, Master James Montgomery, is an International Referee and most of our black belt instructors have worked as referees and coaches in local and national tournaments. We are proud of our school’s achievements and hope to see it grow even more. We are a Black Belt School, we know that when people master: Self Confidence Courtesy Humility Self Respect Self Defense They know how to master life!
