I cancelled my service with D.S. Waters in December, 2013. D.S. charges a deposit for its water bottles. I made three appointments via their customer service number, to have the bottles and cooler / stand picked up. D.S. Waters failed to appear on any of the three occasions.
After opening a complaint with the BBB, the bottles were picked up on 1/16/2014. On 1/28/2014 I was notified via the BBB that I would receive a credit in 4-6 weeks. A
So, ok, lets give this another try -- we set up a phone interview. I called her, I got disconnected. I called back.. no answer.. I called back again.. no answer. I left messages both times. I again called the company's main number and finally reached her, but she told me she didn't have time to speak with me (what?? we had an appointment!). So, ok, lets reschedule.
Rescheduled date/time - she was to call me and she never did.
I gave up and didn't bother to try to track her down again. Not worth the trouble.
The experience tells me the company is disorganized, unprofessional and has poorly trained employees.. so why would I want to work for them.. I am now certain that I don't!
