Note: Our massages are non-sexual. *************************************************************** Waxing Body waxing is an alternative hair removal system. Waxing pulls the hair from the root. I wax every are of men's bodies, bikini waxing for men is a fairly new area of waxing. I trim the area, apply a numbing spray & in 20 minutes we wax. I use hard wax in this area. When this wax hardens it shrinks away from the skin, when ripped off it takes minimal skin & most or all the hair, leaving you smooth & not sore. Most places do not use a numbing product from what I hear. So most likely you will experience less pain with me Over time, waxing can weaken the hair’s roots, resulting in less or thinner new growth. Unlike shaving, waxing does not thicken the hair and waxing enables your skin to be smooth for 3-5 weeks. In 3-5 weeks the hair will be long enough to wax again. Hair one-quarter inch or longer is required to wax. Any area of the body can be waxed. The wax I use is organic and made from plants & Hard wax. It is a reasonably hot wax,applied using a roll on system or teak wood spatula. It is spread on the body in a strip about an inch and a half wide by 5 inches long, then I press a muslin strip of fabric into the wax and pull it off quickly, thus removing the hair along with the strip. I then apply Tend Skin ™. Tend Skin ™ effectively reduces the appearance of razor bumps, ingrown hairs, and skin redness after hair removal procedures. The time needed for a back wax, for example, is 30 minutes. I then apply Tend Skin ™ ,a soothing, liquid product, to minimize any irritation. Taking a advil product prior to an appointment will help reduce irritation. Please do not drink hot beverages before an appointment as this increases perspiration. My wax is not re-melted, screened or used again, like some waxes. It is a one of the most expensive products available and the best quality known to me. Note: Waxing for women is not available at this time.
