"I am going to be dropping them soon to go with another provider for the landline. I had a question about my bill and contacted
about it." I was transferred to the correct department for my issue, but they couldn't help me. The departments within
do not communicate to get a problem resolved. And their Supervisors do not help either. I asked for a Supervisor one time and was told that person doesn't want to come to the phone. I have also called and to speak with Customer Service and it was located in the Philippines. I was told they do not have a Supervisor in that call center. I left a message for someone to call me back and no one ever did. It seems like every time I call, each department is quick to pass the buck to another department - not taking ownership of a customer's problem. Their system has also tried to billed me for a payment that they have already received. MyVerizon and their Billing department are saying two different things. There is also no sense of urgency to get my problem resolved. These people aren't professional and they are certainly not dependable. Customer Service is not 1 stop shopping at
and for this reason I will take my business elsewhere.

"We were very lucky to get JP. He works so hard and is so easy to deal with. JP by far exceeded all expectations. 1. The backyard work was a lot harder than we all" thought or expected. And on a rainy day, he was slightly delayed, but stayed the course and finished the job. The job consisted of removing big brushes with deep roots, to remove all the pebble rocks, to place a plastic sheet on the ground to prevent week growth, and to place the pebbles back. There were a lot of pebbles there. 2. We asked if he could spruce-up the front yard... oh boy! Did he ever! I won't bore you with adjectives but will say this: we fire TrueGreen which had our yard trashed with bug infestation, and fired our landscaper which had not cut the grass in two weeks. We replaced both of them with
services which is by
very close to our house. Late in the afternoon, JP got help from his wife who was also a pleasure to meet. But most of all, it was a true pleasure to meet his daughter, she's about 2 years old and very vivacious. JP,
, and Family: Thank You Guys!

They are really outstandingly terrible. It must have been three or four years ago, I and wanted their services renewed. That's when we had the computer in a data cable line. We went wireless. When I called to get it done, the guy was up here for some other reason. He just the called the office and said, "There's nothing, just disconnect this other line." They said it was much easier if I had both lines in my names since one line was in my husband's name. I was okay with that, but then they cancelled the whole contract. They went through all the contracts and all the breaks that I was having in the first place were cut out. I wrote to them because it was very high. Anybody I would call would say they'd call back. I never got any satisfaction.

Whenever I called them, he had to come back and tell the whole story all over again. I finally wound out. I kept deducting the amount of what the other charge was. Since I installed this number which was given to me some 30 years ago, they've had it unpublished. I can't cut them off. I wrote to them and we came to a conclusion and we paid it off. That must have been two years ago. The billing has never changed and it's still got the over billing on it. It still has the unlisted number and there is no kind of relief and now they charge me $5 a month for late fee payment.

These people are a monopoly. I want to change it except that here, the rest are not any better so for now I am keeping them. That is terrible. I don't know how these people stay in business. When you call them, the music plays forever and there are a lot of ads going on. After that, you get a menu after menu after menu. I don't mind a certain amount of those but when it goes on and o it gets crazy. Who has time to write to them when they don't behave themselves.

I was told it was easy I could do it myself so they sent me the equipment. I requested it in October, I received it late June of the following year. We installed it. No problem connecting everything back. Something they didn't mention was that once installed itc it would be a new network. That was just a little hassle changing all computer users to the new network.

I had AT&T come out to repair some problems due to construction several miles from the home that caused us to

internet, tv and phone. That problem was resolved, although I had to insist on a technician visit rather than wait for a new modem to be shipped to me. The technician was told that we had a very weak signal in the back part of the house he did a signal survey and confirmed this. Rather than move the modem or do anything else to resolve the issue, he told us to go and purchase, at our own expense a new modem or signal extender. I did not sign up for AT&T to provide service in only half of the house. As soon as I am able to extract myself from my commitment to them, or when my contract runs out, I will explore another provider. All

all, terribly disappointing, since AT&T promotes itself on customer service.

My most recent call to
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
was due to dropped calls my husband and I were experiencing when placing calls from our home. I spoke with a customer service rep over the phone, and she was very nice in listening to the issue. She arranged for a signal booster to be sent to us at no charge. It arrived earlier this week, and seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks,

It went fine. He answered all my questions. It took a long time to get connected to someone (go through the telephone prompts), but it all worked out. The cost for internet only is a little steep in my opinion ($52 a month) but that may be standard.

I have been happy with the service and the plans work well for my very low calling/texting/data usage habits. However, I would not recommend
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
for people with low tolerance for working with Customer Service and who cannot tolerate any disruptions in service.
During the year and a half I've used
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
, there were two occasions where my minutes dropped to zero unexpectedly. Both times, I had to spend a lot of time with
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
customer service (non-US based calling center). The first time, it was relatively easy to get them to reinstate minutes/text/data. However, the second time, I had quite a few minutes that went missing, and at first they told me that they would not reinstate any of my lost time. I had to work with a supervisor and another department in order for them to reinstate my minutes, and it took three days (and probably a total of three hours on the phone). That being said, when they DID reinstate my minutes, they gave me more than I was expecting (because they also credited me for the time I was on the phone with them as well, without my having to ask for that, which was nice).
I would say that I am a patient person, and that experience nearly caused me to cancel, but the resolution was fair, and I would stick with
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
because of that. However, a less patient person would probably want to throw their phone into the

This was possibly my worst experience ever dealing with any company. I already had service with them. 2 smart phones, 2 text and talk lines. I had been watching other companies offer better deals. Before switching to one of the other companies, I called
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
to see if they could offer me something better or just as good. The offer sprint has is 4 phones unlimited data for $200. I pay almost that much already with out all phones on unlimited data. They offered me a great deal, unlimited data on all phones, A-list, roll over minutes and more for the price of 49.99 plus $30 each phone for data plus fees. I agreed. I then bought 4new iPhones to use with the upgrade. When they arrived I was unable to access the unlimited data. No one at
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
has been willing to even try to listen to the phone call where I was promised all this. I was told however, that if I wanted to return the phones that I would be charged a restocking fee for returning the phones at $120! I am being forced to uphold my part of the contract, but they are not. It was a verbal contract made over the phone on a recorded line. It should be easy to access.

This has been a nightmare. I have tried opening "cases" with
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
but have not been able to have a resolution. No one was surprised that I was so blatantly lied to by their employees. I spoke with the man who answered the phone as well as his supervisor. They both confirmed every point in the contract.

I have had uninterrupted contracts with
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
since 1989 and I have never been treated so rude or bad. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth that as soon as I can, I am getting rid of everything associated with
Dartmouth Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
. Be forewarned! If you need to upgrade, don't do it over the phone. They can lie, and do. There is no recourse if it is not done in writing.
