Burlington Interior Painters Reviews

was fantastic overall. He was proactive in reaching out to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed to be comfortable as a customer. He was patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had and made sure that I understood the overall process. He was flexible and worked with me to revise his initial quote to better fit the budget that I had.
His crew was punctual, prompt, clean, and very professional. They made sure that we knew the order in which they'd be performing the work, so we could move our pets over the several days that they'd be on the job. The quality was second to none - they didn't cut corners and made sure that the work they did was done the right way. For example, they patched sections of the wall that they thought would have compromised the overall finish even without being asked.
I plan to use

again, once some of my current construction projects are complete. Based on this one experience, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
"yShowed up on time worked a full eight eight hours for both days. Did a fairly satisfactory job painting the room. My biggest complaint was the the I found roller over sprat all over the top of an end table and paint on the rug. Fortunately we are getting rid of both anyway so I never bothered to complain.
"We found

on Angie's List and decided to ask them for an estimate for our interior paint work. We received a quick reply to our email and were able to set up an appointment right away.

arrived right on time and then we proceeded to go over the scope of work. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions. They inspected all of the rooms and the wallpaper border that lined every room. They were very thorough and even pointed out a small water stain on one of the ceilings and how they would address the issue. They were very knowledgable and mentioned they only used the highest quality materials. A few days later we received their estimate and we decided to hire them for our project.
Several days before starting,
Burlington Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
scheduled a paint color meeting with us. She brought over some color samples and went over some ideas with us. We had some basic thoughts on room colors, but she helped us narrow down our choices. She let us borrow a paint color fan deck and that helped us make our final decisions.
They arrived early on the first day and immediately started getting ready for the prep work.

went over the project schedule and had estimated the job would take five days to complete. The wallpaper border removal would determine if more time would be needed, so we were a little nervous about that. After the second day, we were happy to find that most of the wallpaper border was removed and all of the walls were ready for painting.By the third day, all of the ceilings were painted and the dining room and one of the bedrooms were complete. By the end of the fourth day, all but one of the bedrooms were finished. They worked efficiently and our home was always kept clean.
On the final day of the project they called us to let us know that the last bedroom would require an extra coat of paint to cover the original dark paint color. That took care of that within a few hours and the results were great. The whole interior of the house felt clean and bright and we were happy that the wallpaper border was gone for good.

did a very thorough and professional job and we would likely contact them again for any future interior painting projects.

came on the agreed-upon time and took the time to explain what he would be doing and how he was going to handle painting the fireplace (had been splashed with paint a couple of years back and we wanted to paint over to look similar). He was very thorough in his explanations and in his quote, which came a couple of days later. He and crew showed-up on time and were very courteous and friendly. The job was finished on time and we are extremely happy with the result, especially with the fireplace. We couldn't be happier."
"It went extremely well from start to finish. The paint job was beautifully done. I was amazed by the attention to detail that the whole crew had and the energetic way they went about their work. It was completed in a timely fashion."
"It went really great. They were prompt. They were efficient. They did exactly what they said that they were going to do. Their price was good also. The quality of their work was very good."
"The owner,
Burlington Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
green was very responsive and helpful. He made two trips to our house for the estimate and to discuss the job before we chose his company. He accommodated our request to use low voc paints. His price quotation was reasonable and he stuck to it, although we added some additional door and trim painting. He finished the job on time. He and his two helpers did an excellent job. They were very meticulous and neat. I highly recommend big brush painting."

was great to work with, as was his brother

and their painting crew and carpenter. His bid was the lowest. But, because of excellent reviews on Angie's List, had no qualms about going with him. We also wanted to hire someone who could take care of the painting and carpentry work. He was very friendly and helpful in suggesting some changes and repairs (some woodpecker-damaged end boards). The work was of high quality and they cleaned everything up! We highly recommend him!
"I have very mixed feelings in working with Bright Painters. I was in the process of buying a house when I needed their help painting some rooms.
They were incredibly flexible. I couldn't nail down a time for a walkthrough due to the sellers schedule and they were great about waiting. Every single person I spoke with was friendly and helpful, they were always on time and finished within the time restraints I had (6 days to finish 5 rooms). The quote came in within hours of the walkthough. When the closing date seemed like it would be delayed, they were incredibly flexible and even with a late start (not their fault) they finished on time! The quality of their work is AMAZING.
Communication amongst each other was lacking during this whole process. During a phone call to set up the estimate, I was told they have cleaning service which I could hire at a discounted rate. During the walkthrough I spoke about the specifics of what I wanted done for cleaning (appliances, floors washed and bathrooms cleaned). They agreed and said they woudl quote in the price. We also asked about fixing some boards that had rotted outside and were told to just ask the painters. I received my quote and e-mailed them back to double check cleaning was included and to reiterate my specifications (I'm a big planner and like to avoid miscommunications). I was told it was all set.
I was told on the phone that during the walkthrough there would be a book of colors that I could have to help choose from. I did not receive this and when I asked about how I choose colors I did not hear back. I had to call them to receive an answer. I also inquired about what time they would start and had to call the day before they were suppose to begin to receive an answer. I e-mailed them the paint colors I wanted and in what room they would go in, but the day they came, the painters had no idea what colors I had chosen. We also asked the painters about fixing the boards which they had no idea about and called their supervisor. They were told this could happen, however it did not and it was not until after the job was complete and we called them to remind them, that it happened.
Since all this miscommunication or in some areas maybe none was happening, I had my husband call (I had called so much I felt like I was being a pain) to remind them of the specifications that we needed for cleaning. The cleaning group came but had no idea we wanted the appliances cleaned and had to stay later than planned. They swept the floor but did not mop them (my feet became black with dirt still on the floor). When we were settling the final bill with Bright Painters, they informed me that they thought appliances were included in the cleaning, but they were in fact not and I had to pay another 50 dollars. Had I known all of this I would have hired a different cleaning company and had the work done right (which I have to do anyway)
I am too much of a planner to handle the lack of communication and having to repeat myself 3 times to still have people not know what I was asking to be done. All that being said, with the quality of work and friendliness I may consider using them in the future.
"These folks are top notch ! Fantastic workmanship in on schedule and at a reasonable price.
The word craftsman is not used much these days but it is applicable here for sure.
