"I have them for years and they are actually very good. I only pay co-pay. They are pretty good about getting back. I get covered every day and I do not have to deal with billing.

"It is going terribly. I have called my South Florida representative,
, five times and have yet to receive a return call. The telephone system is a system from" h***. Their voice-mail announcement uses a woman's voice who has a British accent and half the time I cannot understand what she is saying. All I want is a return phone call so I can get my situation resolved.

I may need more clarification in order to accurately answer your question. It sounds like you may be trying to locate or review health insurance brokers or agents. You may also be referring to Navigators hired by state and federal government to help people choose an Affordable Care Act plan prior to the sign-up deadline of March 31. In any case, we do not have a category to rate ACA Navigators at this time. If you want to review or locate an insurance provider, a specialist would be happy to help at 888-944-5478, or memberservices@angieslist.com.

Health Insurance Agents reviews in Burlington

It was terrible. I paid them and never received a bill. I skipped one month and went to the dentist a couple times. I asked how to pay the bill if I never received a bill. They were asking for $57.00 monthly and never even provided me with a bill.

I have been using them for about 20 years. I have a primary health care physician there. I am satisfied with their service since I have been going there for 20 years. The coverage is good. I have a good experience with them and I would not keep them for 20 years if it was not a good experience.

Our broker was able to thoroughly explain our current insurance coverages, and new insurance coverages that saved us about $50 extra dollars per month and have all of insurance needs met.

We both have medicare, and now we both have life insurance.

was well received by our employees. She was never a "pushy" salesperson and offered great advice and knew in great detail about the policies she was offering to us. Since then, she has always been available to our employees for advice and answers to our policy questions. She has gone above and beyond in her service to our company.

They are fine. They are like all government programs. They are slow but they have provided everything I've needed. I haven't had to wait for anything that has been a big deal. I've never had any problems dealing with them. I don't have to pay for it.

1. We called several times and they claimed the Arches policy would cover CPAP supplies but after enrollment they denied coverage saying that they didn't cover 'sleep apnea' diagnosis. Over 90% of CPAP supplies are used for sleep apnea so this was misrepresentation. 2. The Arches policy provided a very low "maximum out of pocket" which sounds good until you read that it does not pay for any 'not covered' services such as CPAP etc. 3. I have been on a medication for 7 years and several insurance companies had covered it but Arches said it wasn't on their approved list so it would be 'not covered' which means it also would not apply to the

out of pocket. I'm not sure of the extent of 'not covered' services only that the only 2 recurring medical costs I have are both 'not covered' so I had to pay the full costs. This is not how I view an insurance company should operate.

It turned out good. There was nothing I didn't like. They had good service. The price was good. I didn't have any problem with it.
