thinking we were in need of a technician to come to the rescue. Our fireplace remote was not working and had new batteries.
walked us through the steps so we could replace the batteries in the remote insert within the fireplace.. who even knew there were batteries for the remote outside of the remote! Sure enough the batteries in this small black box were corroded. We cleaned out the box, replaced the 4 AA batteries and still had problems. So we called
back now thinking surely we would need a tech and again,

(owner) came out and measured our fireplace for a glass door. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and made recommendations regarding style and colors. About 2 weeks later our door was installed and looks beautiful. She also had the installer rearrange our gas logs since they were originally put in backwards. I would highly recommend them for fireplace work plus their store in League City has everything you would need for barbequing.

I choose this business because they have installed most of the fireplaces in my subdivision. From my phone call to find out their hours to purchasing the materials I was meet with a rude receptionist and surly sales person. Both were obviously annoyed by my questions. The salesperson,

They where on time and new what they were doing, not kids! Everthing worked when they left. About a week later my air stopped working. I called them around 6-7 pm and did not get an answer. minutes later a nice person called and asked me what was wrong and that Forest would call me. Five minutes later I was on the phone explaining the issues, Forest told me he would come over and check after he ate dinner, a half our later he was at my house on the ground trying to figure it out. He found the issue it was a loose thermostate wire inside my furnace he stated that could have came loose when they installed the filter unit so he did an emergency service at now charge. This guy is first class, he stood by his estimate and backed his work without any issues.

Had I not been so involved with the care of my elderly mother, I should have taken this unethical person to court. Since I didn't have the time and grew up (wrongly, I guess) believing that when someone sold you something they stood behind their product I ended up with a gas fireplace insert that is only useful if someone is in the house, awake, and continually monitors the temperature, making sure to turn the fireplace back on when the temp drops back to an uncomfortable cool temp.
I can't believe I'm the only person this man cheated. He was so blatant about treating me like I was too
