and
came in the first day and listened to what I was interested in doing to my bathroom. I had to do the remodeling because I had water leaking from the old surround into old original tub. Among 3 different bidders of this project I chose them because they were local and I was pleased with their rapport and estimate. They began the project a week before it was finished and started out on a negative note. The tub that had been ordered (almond color tub and surround) came in cracked. So the "adventure" began to find a replacement. They diligently called around to find an acceptable replacement. Fortunately they found a tub and surround in
(a long drive from my house). Once the tub was in they tried to get the one piece surround in. That's where the project started to take an unfortunate turn. The surround would not fit. I have a smaller door into bathroom and little room to maneuver the surround, so that was scraped. Now they tried to find another surround to put into the bathroom. Knowing now, they found a 3 piece unit to be the surround. In between all of this,
found in the drain pipe, over flow valve, that I had a P trap leak. So a plumber was called in to fix this problem(another "adventure" to find quickly, needless to say). They installed before the weekend and were coming back on Mon. Over the weekend I realized that I was not happy with the surround. What bothered me was color did not match the tub, quality was not what I had expected and they would have to use caulking to seal edges and I wanted to get totally away from the possibility of mold. So I emailed
, very upset,( I should have said something right away) that I didn't like what was in my bathroom.
emailed back to me not to worry he would "make it right". Over the weekend my partner and I went to Lowe's and found another tub and surround we hoped would fit into the bathroom. I changed my mind from almond/ biscuit color (special order 6-8 weeks delivery) to white. So Mon. morning when
and
came in we discussed the changes. We agreed to purchase the new tub and surround because the other tub was cut to fit the opening.
and
worked tirelessly to accommodate my new changes. The new tub and surround looks wonderful and I'm so pleased. As per the contract,
prepared the opening for the exhaust fan to be finished by an electrician, installed the sink faucets, grab bar and shower rod.
finished putting the tiles (which some, needed to be cleaned) back up and grouted. Let me also say
compliments
's skills as a true "
". Before they left the job site, it was cleaned and debris taken away. Of course after having this work done now, I want to repaint the bathroom. With all said and done I learned a lot from this experience, trust in your feelings, voice your concerns and if you have chosen correctly, the final product will be what you had envisioned!

My family hired Top Notch to
get our property in
ready condition for our parents who were
transitioning into an Assisted Living Facility. Top Notch was wonderful they
assigned us our very own personal Transition Coordinator, who handled our
affairs from start to finish. We hired them to do everything from start
to finish. Here is the breakdown on what was done they installed new roof/ they
repainted the entire interior and exterior of our home/ completely remodeled
our kitchen/ re-sanded & stained our hardwood floors throughout/ Installed
a new deck/ since my parents had been in the home since 1958 one can only
imagine how much stuff has been hoarded over the years since me and my 8
brothers and sisters lived at the home. Top Notch donated items to charity and
even had there crew members personally drop items off at each of my siblings
residents who still remain in mass. These guys were absolutely fantastic,
thoughtful, professional, patient and unbelievably considerate throughout the
whole deal. We received an estimate of $375,000 if we put the property onto the
as is.
After
working with Top Notch's team they setup a budget, conducted a thorough
analysis, and presented us with 2 different options. We decided the
second option was the best way to go in order to give my parents the best
at selling there home swiftly and at the highest
value. The
project was estimated to be 45 days, theses guys blew us away and had the house
ready in 35 days. As if that wasn't enough, these guys really did there
homework by creating a total transition solution from start to finish and
through there Realtor Match program. Upon completion of the construction
they insure your covered from start to finish and aren't left hanging like most
contractors by matching us with a Realtor based on 15 key core characteristics.
We were matched with an unbelievable realtor who came in hitting
the ground running who listed our home at $550,000 and it sold for $538,000 34
days later. Thanks to Top Notch my families legacy was properly transitioned
and my whole family was elated. Since using them on my parents home I've hired
them at my companies office for another painting project same results Top Notch
all the way I would certainly refer them and praise them and highly recommend
them anyone who has a small project and needs a little bit of work around there
home completed or for someone who requires a complete overhaul with multiple
projects in one.

Attleboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was referred to me by a friend. When we met, we discussed what course of action to take with the basement, since I had a water problem. I was fearful that I was not going to be able to afford it, considering the work that was involved.

explained the best course of action to fix the water problem and then finish the basement.
Attleboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
designed a great layout for the basement, since I had no idea what exactly I wanted. He laid out the entire time line, so there were no surprises.
Attleboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
first installed the french drain, which required cutting the concrete about 12" from the wall around the entire basement floor, removing the concrete, digging a trench, install the perforated pipe that would feed in to the sump pump. Then fill the trench with crushed stone and and fresh concrete. After waiting 3 days for the concrete to dry, he proceeded to install the finished basement. He started by framing the walls and ceiling. He then laid out a lighting, theater and electrical design that include recessed lighting and plugs & switches in all the right places. After the rigid foam insulation and the rough electrical were installed. It was time for sheet rock. After the he plastered and painted, it was time to install the finished electric and carpet.
I have to tell you that after the basement was completed, I was extremely nervous about the hurricane because I would get water in the basement floor almost every time it rained. After hurricane Sandy rolled through, there is no water and we are thoroughly enjoying our new basement! I would highly recommend
Attleboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his talented crew. I give
Attleboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
credit, but he also has a great team, as well.
