"They were recommended to me by my daughetr and son-in-law who have bought a lot of plants from them. You have a gurantee for a year on anything that you plant or that they plant. They" are actually coming and doing everything for us. They are very professional. It was basically one on one. They walked us through the area, we told them what we were looking for and it was completely up to us to choose and they will be getting back to us. We walked through the door and they were rigt there.

"I have been using them for about 2 and a half years. The staff is very friendly and give great advice. They are very knowledgeable about the types of plants in our area. They can easily" acquire plants we are looking for that they do not have in stock. They have a very wide selection of plants.

"No communications from provider. We had to call the office if we wanted or needed an update. Provider was supposed to provide and pay for all permits. We had to walk the permit through" the county system and pay for it. When the sunroom parts came into the provider's warehouse no one called to set up a delivery. The provider showed up outside our back door unannounced to deliver the parts and wanted the second payment ($10K) that afternoon. Since we don't keep money at the house I told the delivery person to have the Provider call me. I finally got a phone call from the provider who was questioning my lack of payment. I had to inform him that if someone had called and scheduled the delivery he would have had his money at that time. Also this was the first time that the provider had called us since the signing oif the contract. While the materials are good and the installation went fine, when they were there, I would not contract this provider nor provide any recommendations for others to contract with them.

Ptasienski has been our designer and I can't say enough good things about working with this guy. He is easy to get along with and he has fun doing what he does. Plus he's just talented. He can not only visualize the final product, but figures out a way to make you understand it too.
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
communicates well via email and is not hard to reach. He isn't afraid to tell you what he really thinks, even if he disagrees, but he does it in a way that is collaborative and constructive.
He's honest about what work you should have done prior to his team's arrival and where you might be able to save a few bucks.
I can't recommend
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
and the team at
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
enough. Our next door neighbors thought he did such a nice job, they hired

to redo their front yard as well.
One downside: I actually had to chase him down the street to pay him. How often does that happen?

Having moved down from
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
4 weeks ago and not knowing the area, I am so happy with
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
. I took a planter in to have filled with flowers. It was over 4 feet long. The young man filled it with flowers, fertilized it and mulched the top. It was ready for me in a couple of hours. The price was so cheap that I thought I heard him quote me wrong. I will definitely be bringing my business here.

In May of 2013 we purchased a lovely ivory silk lilac tree from
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
. When the company came to plant it, I objected to the shallow hole they dug. Despite having a team of three present, they waved off my concerns and planted the tree with more of its roots in mounded dirt above ground (9 inches) than below ground. We consulted the
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
State Extension service whose tree specialist opined that it was planted unusually high above ground.

We e-mailed (many times) the owner of the nursery,
Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
, who (finally) told us by e-mail that they would lower the tree after its leaves had fallen in October (2013). When they had not come by our early cold snap (11/2013), we then waited until Spring (3/2014) to contact them again.

again promised a transplant and again did not deliver. The tree looks bad so high, and we worry about its longevity planted so shallowly. I'll never work with this nursery again, as they ignored our communications and requests.

Acushnet Nurseries Provider Name Locked
arrived on time and proceeded to listen and provided knowledgeable and extremely helpful advice and ideas. He was patient and gave me detailed, carefully crafted recommendations. I will be using his advice and plan to purchase plants for the plan at his garden center to implement his plan. I've found a great new garden resource and look forward to working with

A crew of three came out and they were done in a very short time. All the plants I ordered came in, some were less common, but they were found and brought. Everything neat and tidy. I thought the price was very reasonable.
