"My insurance company messed up a few times listing that I had Medicare instead of my primary insurance. I have been going there for years but the office staff wouldn't" give me my appointment until the insurance cleared up the mistake. My husband missed an appointment and had a emergency on his job and called to say he couldn't make it. We understand if you miss an appointment you are charged, my husband wanted to discuss with Dr.
. We would like to speak with Dr.
about this situation and another have asked to meet with the doctor twice but keep getting the run around. Not sure if the doctor is receiving my request or I am just being stalled until I forget it. at this time looking for another doctor. I don't consider this professional behavior. My husband has requested to speak with the doctor and the office manager sends him a letter about the procedures instead of making an appointment for us to speak with the doctor. If Dr.
is aware of the situation this is really disappointing he is our doctor but there was a sense of friendship. It seems if you want to discuss anything with the doctor outside of an appointment it will never happen very disappointing and not very professional .

"I've recommended him to several people. His office staff is great to work with too. I'd never been to a podiatrist before so didn't know what to" expect. He's very likeable and carries on conversations with you while he's performing the treatments. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat.

I went in for a tendonitis issue in my foot from running and general
discomfort in my feet caused by standing for a no so long extended period of
time.
I was seen on time by the Dr’s assistant, provided my information and she took
x-rays. I saw the Dr shortly after that. We reviewed the history of my foot
health… maybe 5min. His evaluation consisted of glancing at the x-

’s, watching
me stand, moving my foot left/right, squatting and walking 10’… less than 3min.
Then he recommends that the best course of action is to purchase a pair of $450.00
custom orthotics that aren’t covered by my insurance. I expressed concerns that
most orthotics are arguably over prescribed. He stuck to his recommendation
stating that it compensated for structural issues and the provided best
support. He also reassured me that they do not weaken the foot overtime, which
I was still unconvinced but open to the idea. I then asked if he saw something
in the evaluation or x-

that identified a specific structural abnormality
that needed this compensation. This question was basically sidestepped and I received
more information on how orthotics work. When pushed further for alternative
treatment options, none were provided. I felt like I left the office without a
diagnosis only a treatment that does nothing to resolve the underling issue. I
would have been fine for example if they said something like I need orthotics
for extra support while we strengthen these weak muscles that are causing the
issues.
Disclaimer…. I am not a Dr but if you are considering custom orthotics may want
to google a few of the over the counter brands like Superfeet or Your Sole that
are around $50.

I have visited one time so far. They have a walk in clinic. The staff was all very good. I really like the walk in clinic feature from 730-8 AM Monday thru Friday. That was important to me since I was not able to make an appointment. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen.

Awesome, Dr.
Vidalia Podiatrists Provider Name Locked
was able to address some long term issues regarding some former military injuries. I could not be happier. He definitely knows his business and I really appreciated being treated like a person vice just another patient. He was also not rushed for time and spent as much time needed to answer any questions that I had and to ensure that I had a thorough exam. I would definitely recommend him to others, seeking medical treatment.

He was fine for my parents. He didn't work out for my sister, just due to miscommunication so they weren't able to do anything for her. They did call her back later to get her another appointment time, but she had already contacted another podiatrist.

Decent parking lot and waiting area! Was treated very well by the friendly staff. Dr.
Vidalia Podiatrists Provider Name Locked
was very kind and knowledgeable. They used my original x-rays to help

out breakage. He gave me options for treatment, allowing me to choose from a non-invasive foot wrap, cortisone shot, and orthotics. I started with just the wrap, but still had pain. Went back after a week and they performed better x-rays, and then ruling out any other issues, I did the cortisone. It helped for awhile but still had pain. Went back to be fitted for the custom orthotics. They seem to be doing the trick. No surgery needed, and all for a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the overall experience.

I am so impressed with this office! From the initial contact making the appointment to checking out, everyone was so professional and compassionate. Dr.
Vidalia Podiatrists Provider Name Locked
gave me options of dealing with my big toe. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of the options. He let me decide and didn't push me into treatment. I didn't feel rushed and I really admired the way he handled this silly little problem for me. He was very personable and easy to work with. All of the staff was top notch. I highly recommend Dr.
