While we are still small enough to be personal and give individual attention to our clients, we offer the advantages of a larger company as a result of the diversity of our team. All of our work is overseen by our owner, Sam Gill, and is fully guaranteed to be to your satisfaction. Our mission is to develop ongoing relationships with our customers, and offer full spectrum maintenance services at an affordable, fair price, by working closely with homeowners to solve maintenance problems, and fulfill remodeling and renovation dreams in a climate of trust and confidence. We also try to convince our clients to go green whenever possible, as we want to eventually become a totally green company. Trust and quality are the most important factors in choosing a contractor. Depending upon the complexity of your needs, a written estimate can usually be delivered to you within 24-48 hours of our initial meeting. A follow up meeting to discuss the estimate and include anything that may have been overlooked at the first meeting can be scheduled at your convenience.
