Business Description: We are a full service landscaping company with over 27 years in the field experience. We do landscaping, lawn maintenance, horticultural maintenance/services (by appt only), sprinkler systems, low voltage lighting, subsurface drainage, fences, decks, fountains, ponds, Pergolas, pavers, flat work, site and yard prep/grading and more. We are a small but effective company with no more than 2-5 employed personal at any given time which allows us to be "large enough to get the job done, but small enough to care". Estimates within a fifty(50) mile radius are free but those outside of this distance incur the cost of fuel usage, which would be credited back to them upon contract acceptance and issuance of a deposit to begin work. Service calls to repair irrigation, lighting, or subsurface drainage will incur a $75 rate for the visit/evaluation, plus a $65/hr charge thereafter to complete the repair if repairable. Clients will be given the choice of a repair, replacement, or cancelization of our services based on the conditions revealed but the service call fee of $75 will still be required to be paid at the conclusion business on the same day. All fees and/or charges are due upon completion and receipt to the client, no exceptions. Lawn maintenance services are available on a yearly subscription basis and all payments are due by the 1st of each month in advance of the services to be performed. Horticultural services, aka. plant trimming, are by appointment only and are not included in the monthly lawn maintenance service pricing or schedule. Total Landscape specializes in outdoor entertainment areas and venues. So, if you have an outdoor kitchen area you've been wanting to build, or just a deck or patio with a gazebo or pergola you would like to have along with the accompanying landscape, then give us a call. No job is too big or small. We beautify America one home at a time.
