The surgery went well. The melanoma was removed, along with the lymph nodes from my neck below left ear. The lymph nodes were removed as a precaution, because the melanoma was deep enough to be Stage 2. If cancer cells get into the lymph system - fortunately they didn't - the cancer will metastasize and show up in other organs in the body. Needless to say, that is not good. But all went well. Dr.

did a great job. He is not only an excellent doctor but also an extremely nice person, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr.

Dr.
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
is excellent. Great bedside manner, very attentive, listens well, and did a great job with both surgeries - no complications for either of our kiddos. Very happy with the doctor. HOWEVER, the office is not as responsive and friendly as the doctor. As a nervous mom, I did try to get through to the office a few times after my kids' surgeriies with questions/concerns. It took FOREVER for a nurse to call me back and the advice was less than helpful. After each surgery, I ended up taking my kids to our regular pediatrition for follow-up care which worked out fine. The paperwork from Dr.
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
does say to call his office day or night with questions - it's just that they really don't want you to. Would I go back? Absolutely - he is excellent. I would just know better than to expect any follow-up care from the staff.

My six-year-old played with toys in the waiting room while I signed her in and requested paperwork for obtaining her medical records. She continued to play while I filled out the paperwork and we were called back to see

shortly after returning the completed forms.

asked about my daughter's recovery immediately following surgery as well as how she was doing more recently (follow-up was approx. four weeks after surgery). She asked my daughter to say a few things to determine how her voice was adjusting and examined her head/neck area. Dr.

came in briefly and examined her as well; he explained that my daughter was healing well from the surgery and that

had some exercises that would help with her voice changes. He then left and

explained why my daughter's voice had become so whiney and demonstrated the exercises that would help.

put tubes in my sons ears last year and this visit was for a check up on the tubes. Dr
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
is my ENT and has performed sinus surgery on me with great results, so when my son started having reccurent ear infections, I took him to Dr
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
. Just as with me, he is great with my son. He is always very easy to get into, and has great bedside manner. Always very thorough and is not a "get you in and out" kind of doctor. He has a small practice and really cares for his patients.

He is really thorough. He is pretty good at explaining everything in

’s terms instead of medical terms to help us understand what is going on with the ear infection my son has.

Dr.
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
was extremely patient with me as a new mother. He assessed my son and walked me through the pros and cons of having the

-tie procedure after determining that he did have an issue. I had recently had a bad experience with my son getting his shots at his pediatrician so I was still quite upset and not sure I could put my son through another painful procedure. Dr.
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
understood my concerns and talked with me about them. He also made a point to inquire about my general well-being as I was visibly upset during the appointment. During the first appointment I decided not to have the procedure done, but after sleeping on it and talking with others I decided to move forward. My son was right at the cross-roads age-wise between being able to have the procedure done in the office vs. having to go under general anethesia. The office (CHOP facility) was able to get me in immediately the next day so I could have the procedure done in the office. It took about 30 seconds and my son cried at the initial snip, but was fine as soon as I started feeding him and had no pain or fussiness later. Additionally, the procedure resolved the breastfeeding issues. I would definitely see Dr.

again. The nurses were also quite friendly. My experience with Dr.
Bossier City Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
and the nurses I would rate overall an A. But my overall rating is lower when I factor in the front desk staff and the waiting time. The first appointment was at the King of Prussia location and the second appointment was at Chalfont. The second appointment was much more timely - I think I only waited 10 minutes, but I waited 30-40 minutes at KOP.

He is just really thorough. He takes time and I am not an easy case; I am a complicated patient. I know that he has a very large practice, he is also on the board of Children's Medical Center and I am just really impressed by the fact that he takes time to answer all my questions and to do a thorough examination and to take care of all my issues. He is not always easy to get in to see him but when we do see him we don't feel like he's got his hand on the door knob waiting to rush out. He is very patient and personable. It is worth the wait when I do get in to see him. I recommend him to everyone who needs an ENT doctor.
