is actually out of Mississippi, but he was relocating over here for the house in
. It was a lot of work done in the house, especially with the floors. He made sure the crew cleaned up every time after they finished, so we were all in pretty good shape whenever they finished for the day. When we had any complaints, he took care of it. While they were putting in the kitchen floor, there was something that wasn't done quite right and he wasn't here when they were doing it. When he came back, we explained our concern. He made the workers take up a part of the floor and start all over again. He was a good person to work with. I used him after my ex-wife used him and she was quite pleased with him. His honesty seemed to be the biggest factor working with him and I would certainly recommend him to anyone else. He did sub-contract to some people and we had some complaints about 2 of the main plumbers. They seemed to charge a little bit excessive for what their share of the work was, but he took it off of our bill what we considered the excessive amount. I guess he short bid himself. I would use him again in the future. I feel like I have a new house now.

gave rough estimate over the phone; showed up on time; determined that his rough estimate was correct, then proceeded to cut out chewed places in carpet and using extra carpet that was in storeroom, replaced the chewed bits. He needed to match the grain of the carpet, then glue in the new pieces, along with brushing the nap to blend in. Other than the fact that the old carpet is obviously dirtier than the new pieces, the completed job is excellent.
also gave me an estimate for cleaning the carpets in the entire house, which was extremely reasonable, so I've scheduled his company to come in at the end of
2007 to clean the carpets after we move out.

Mr. D was prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. When 30-yr old carpet on the stairs had deteriorated to the point it could no longer be cleaned, he helped me secure a replacement quickly and reasonably the same day. I would certainly hire him again.

My usual installer kept putting off the job and I had guests arriving for the Thanksgiving Hollidays. When my regular installer finally started, he sent one of his helpers who didn't

the tile correctly. I asked the helper to leave and called the company where I purchased the tile. I was given Mr.

number. He came out the next day, fixed the tiles that were wrong, and fnished the job. I also had him

the carpet. He did a great job for a fair price and he will be the only one I use in the future,.

I went to the

Carpet store in early January in hopes of having them replace my upstairs and master bedroom carpet. The salespeople were nice enough, but had trouble getting in touch with

, who was needed to answer some of my questions. They were able to give me a rough estimate based on my measurements, but said

would need to call me back and come out to the house to measure. After I called back numerous times over the next few days,

finally called me. He came out to the house and measured. He said he would call me back with the estimate. That's the last I ever heard from anyone.

I understand that they have a contract with new home builders to install carpeting in spec homes. Clearly, this work is much easier as there is no furniture to move and no owner to please. But it's bad business and worse manner not to contact a customer.

The salesman at

Baton Rouge Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, was very helpful and answered all my questions. He showed up promptly at the appointed time for him to come to the house for measurements and to give me an estimate. The installation person called me the same afternoon and, since I wanted the job done quickly, scheduled my installation for the very next day. The installers were very professional and courteous and managed to finish this very big job by 5:30 pm. There was no grumbling about moving furniture or anything else. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company for any kind of flooring work.

We did not have
Baton Rouge Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
install our carpeting. We got several
estimates from
Baton Rouge Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
over a few weeks, each one higher and higher, trying to find the best carpet
for a hallway and three bedrooms. After saying our budget was two thousand dollars or so,
the estimates kept going up and up. Finally, after saying furniture moving was
free, the last estimate was $7,600, including about $300 for "furniture moving."
When I said this was supposed to be included, the salesman said we "had large furniture."
Were we the first customers with "large furniture" I wondered? After
the estimate got to be five thousand more than our original budget,
we gave up working with them.

I had to move out while the work was done. I packed everything, and I moved all valuables and things I would've been heartbroken to

I have some furniture that my grandmother took from her childhood home when she married. A couple of pieces are at least 100 years old. Her vanity has a skirt on it that snaps onto the actual vanity, and that was partially torn off. A ceramic lizard that I forgot to remove was broken. The vanity can be fixed and the lizard isn't worth anything. They aren't movers, and I didn't mention either thing. That was essentially all that happened that I could consider negative, but really isn't. I should have explained about the vanity.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

We were pleased with the service and products.

was able to
store the materials for us until we could get the rooms painted and some
other work done. They were very flexible. We had one minor problem
with installation, but they quickly came to resolve it.
