"The high quality of the doctors is worth tolerating the average - and, this morning, fairly rude - staff. But only barely. If a friendly and well-managed staff is" sought, this office might well prove disappointing.

-Scott S.

"She is a fantastic pediatrician. I use her for both my boys. One is her accessibility. If I have a question, even if it's a minor question, she usually gets" back to me within 24 hours. If it's an urgent question then she is available anytime. Their office is really easy to get an appointment with which is one of the things that is essential for kids. Like, I had my son who had an eye infection. I got a call from the school. While I was going to pick him up I called the doctor. I was able to pick him up from school and take him right there to the pediatrician.

Hello, this is Kyle K from the Member Care Department.

I apologize for my delay. We encourage healthcare providers to list the insurances they accept when creating their Angie’s List profile. At this time however, many providers have not completed this section, or the information wasn't available when Angie's List created their listing.
I encourage you to visit your insurance provider's website, as many offer search tools to find local healthcare providers. You can then cross-reference these with Angie's List. We’re happy to help look up these individual providers for you, too.
I am sorry I could not answer your question directly, but I hope this information was helpful.

Please let me know if there's any other assistance or info I can provide. You can respond in line to this Q&A thread by submitting a new answer. You can also reach us at memberservices@angieslist.com or toll-free at 1-866-783-2980 to speak with a live representative. Pediatric reviews in Paducah

Our first visit there. Huge divided waiting room. Very busy because there are a lot of doctors at this location. We waited roughly 15-20 minutes in the lobby. Not bad we entertained our selves. However they took over an hour and a half to return with the shots. They, like many others, just grabbed at my daughter to administer the shots say little or nothing. There were follow up shots but they didn't call or contact us to schedule the second set of shots. No matter, we would never go back there.
- Kathryn D.

The appointment went horribly first I went in for two appointments the first appointment was for a physical and the second was for a well check. I tried to call to ask for directions but the young lady I spoke with; spoke so much ebonics I could not understand her. Once I got there I filled out the paperwork. After waiting one hour I was seen by the nurse and informed they could only see one child due to the tempo the problem is I made the appointment two weeks ago.

We started going there because we liked Dr.
Paducah Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
when we interviewed. Unfortunately, we only saw him once in the 6 or so times we went there. Every time we went there we had a 30-45 minute wait. With a
Paducah Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
that is hard. I do my job in making sure he is fed and dry so that he's ready to go for his appointment. Several times I had to feed my son in their office. I don't mind the occasional "an emergency happened so all of our appointments are pushed back", but this was every single time and it was for well visits. It seemed like they overbooked every time. Once our son turned 6 months we switched doctors and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an appointment.

We switched to CMA when we moved from Annandale to

. We started going to all of the doctors in the practice when our second son was born. It's been 6 months and so far I've had a great experience with all of them. With a
Paducah Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
I've been there about 10 times since he was born and each time was pain free. Our first pediatrician had us waiting 30-45 minutes each visit, which is unacceptable. They get you in quick at CMA. I don't think I've waited longer than 10 minutes which is refreshing because I'm always early.

I have previously left a so so review for this doctors office. They have new office staff. They were so nice and helpful! We got to the office a couple minutes before the appointment time. They checked us in, verified what we were there for and made a list of the documents we needed for his school. About ten minutes later they took us back to the room. The nurses were there and waiting for us. They told me how many shots he needed and what they were going to do when giving him the shots. My son has autism, and they made him feel at ease around. They were patient with his autistic tendencies that made it more difficult than a normal child. As soon as they were done with the shots they praised him for being so good and gave him two suckers. My son stopped crying within seconds. They had all the paper work I needed ready for me when I checked out. I have already scheduled his wellness check up, and will continue to use this doctors office.

We work with Dr Bergstein and have been very happy with her, and her colleagues. I received a referral to the practice from a cardiologist I know, and ironically, my wife was ready to do to war with me because she had just found the most perfect pediatricians in the world - we had to laugh about our strong opinions, especially since we were actually talking about two doctors at the same practice. Anyway, they have been by our side as the surrogate 'How to Operate and Raise Children" for about 3.5 years, now, and we don't hesitate to call then with our questions, and there are many. We were pretty weird about our first, the second is less dramatic, as we are now too tired to run every little issue up the flagpole as an emergency. In spite of ourselves, Dr. Bergstein et

have been fantastic, and for that they have my appreciation. I trust them, and when it comes to kids, that is all that counts.

Paducah Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
is wonderful. I used them six months ago. He doesn't give you anything you are not prepared for. He kind of leaves the care for you to decide and guides you. He is not like some doctors who have partnerships with drug companies and give you drugs to try out. He is more new age because he stays away from all those extra things that may cost a lot of money. Sometimes they are really busy. I had a billing issue that they corrected, but it was a process issue. I would absolutely use this provider again.
- Alyssa D.

He has a great bedside manner with children. He has a strong support staff. There's very minimal wait time. You don't go to his office and wait an hour. He usually finds the issue in the first issue. He'll take care of the problem or refer you to someone who can.
