We were very happy with how the project turned out. He was always on time and worked at least 40 hours a week on the project for 2 and half months. The work was definitely above average. We have been very pleased. There were never any errors done with the work and he communicated very well with us. Even if he was just going to be 15 minutes late, he called us to let us know.

and his company did an excellent, professional job from start to finish. We wanted a remodeler who was licensed, experienced, performed all work to code and had a warranty. Our basement is not a walkout, with six small windows.
trimmed the windows out very nicely and they look larger. We wanted our basement to not look dark and gloomy.
installed lots of recessed lighting with dimmers and it is perfect. We decided to go with laminate flooring in the basement instead of carpet and a tile floor in the bathroom. The ceiling is flat drywall, except for the office/exercise room where it is a drop ceiling. We wanted to have access to plumbing in this area if we ever needed to. We have plenty of supply and return vents so it will not be too cold in the basement in the colder months. Also, we did not want to do the painting ourselves and left it to the professionals. We did have a few home builder plumbing issues that needed to be corrected or addressed, such as
hammer and concrete in bathroom to find drain pipe, odd place home builder put main water shutoff valve, and had to move a gas valve. Everything looks very nice. All the trim is beautiful, the doors match the rest of the house, the paint job is very nice, the laminate floor is very durable and looks like hard wood. The finished basement is large and open with perfect lighting.
was on time every day and had the best work ethic. The mess down in the basement was minimal and not a concern for the rest of the house.
