"It went great. Our Salesman was very efficient and prompt. He sold us only what we were looking for and nothing more or less. He was professional and courteous." Our salesman was really busy the day we went to sign the deal. And originally we were supposed to come back later in the day to sign the final papers. However, he called us about 2 hours later and said you can come in right now and finish up. So we did and drove away in our new car. We were very please and would use this dealership again.

"They changed price of the vehicle after they agreed to fix the air and lied and told me it was a clerical issue with the number of weeks. I bought a 2004 Ford Explore" with this company a week ago using the in-house finance they provide. The price of the vehicle was 6500.00 and after financing it was going to be about 7500.00 after 62 weeks of a payment of 124.00 every two weeks and also an agreement to fix the vehicles air conditioning system before I would purchase the car. I gave them the down payment of $500.00 and got insurance on the SUV the day of purchase. I dropped the vehicle off two days later to get the air conditioner fixed at the place in
GA they told me to and the bill came out to be about 1200.00 and I paid nothing as agreed by the salesperson at the dealership the day of purchase,
's auto sales was on the invoice to pay at the body shop.
's e-mailed my several times the next two days to come in to correct a weekly payment scheduling mistake they had made with the contract. I agreed to come it right before I went to work because I like to have my business issues cleared up in a timely manner. The employee told me that he filled out the paperwork wrong and it was stating that I make payments every week rather than bi-weekly like I agreed and that it had to be changed. So I agreed. signed a new contract and I went to work. after getting to work I looked at my contact before and noticed that the price of the SUV went up by a whole 1,200.00 and rather than after financing the total cost being 7,500.00. It would be 8,900.00. I work at night and I have not been able to contact them or go to there establishment however I am sure that this practice is illegal, dishonest and ill placed. They lied to me about it being a clerical problem on there part to make me pay more than the advertised price on the vehicle. If I had to pay for the air conditioning I would have requested the bill be in my name as well as used a totally different repair shop that I could have saved some money with.

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

The engine will go any day. He sends the "guy" out to evaluate it. I'm offered 1k for it. I shrug. Ask him what his best offer is... He disappears, comes back; 36k all in. I say I want the Escape on trade with the extended warranty and ALL the tax, title, license, and registration for 33.5 or I'm taking another deal at Hyundai for 33.9 (I lied, it's a CAR dealership- don't hold it against me!). So, it should be 32k (AAA pricing) + 3k (extended warranty) + 2k (about that for ttlr) - 1k for trade= roughly 36k. Disappears again, comes back, 34k. Sold. The in person negotiations took maybe 20 minutes. No pressure. No sign here first. No nothing. Now, getting the financing paperwork, the vehicle detailed... Patience. But, I was enjoying the drugs from dentist anyway. All in all, darn nice dealership, coordination, teamwork, professionalism. Yeah, I'd send a friend over!!

I am in Afghanistan and the primary car my wife drives around in with our three kids is getting old and has high mileage so we decided to trade it for a newer one so I would not have to worry about them sitting on the side of the road while I am so far away. My wife loves our MDX so much she wanted the same car so we found a newer one with the options we wanted and it was over a 2hr drive so she decided to call over the phone to get the details worked out so she was not sitting at the dealership for hours with three kids after driving for two hours. The first red flag was it took two days to hear back (I figured ok they are busy and making all the sales they could with people in the store and I was not in a rush). Then they came back with the deal but said they could not accept the power of attorney (that my wife just used to buy a house for us) for the vehicle we wanted but they would accept it for a 2014-15 Volkswagen (Second Red Flag). When my wife asked the finance manager why he said it is because the bank (Wells

So I tried to avoid all the lower management issues and called and asked to speak to the General Manager. I was told he was in a meeting so I could leave a voice mail. I left my message with my concerns and asked him to call me anytime he could before the time I was calling since I am on the other side of the world and his day is my night. Well after 24 hours went by I called back he was with a customer so they could transfer me to his voice mail again. So that made my decision right there the customer service at

The car was bought in 2013, with a warranty already on it from 2012. June 21, 2015 the car broke down on the side of the road and the car was towed to the nearest Fiat dealership. The dealer told us it would cost 1600 to fix, even though the car is still under warranty. I spoke with the owner and he said he could bring the cost down to 1300 but refuse to honor the warranty. I wrote a letter to head of operations and they even still refuse to honor the warranty. They said the warranty on the clutch had expired, which was true. But the car still had an extended warranty on the entire car and the dealership is claiming that the extended warranty does not cover the clutch.
