My husband was in the hospital when I came home to change clothes I found a storm had come through and wiped out my AC unit and blown furniture into the lake off the dock.
was remarkable. They weren't able to have the AC unit ready for us when we came home on
5th, 2010, so they installed a couple portable units until the unit was replaced a few days later. They were incredible!!! I would rate this company A+...and will definitely contact them for future needs. JOB WELL DONE!

I was contacted by the provider a few days after purchasing a "Big Deal" with an appointment set-up for a couple of weeks in advance.
and I had to play a few rounds of phone tag before we could get a day and time mutually agreed upon. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional. The one issue I had was that there was an "extra" observer along that day that was either in training or was there to learn the trade. I wasn't especially pleased with the arrangement. The fellow seemed OK, but just seemed to be observing a little more than just what the technician was doing. All of the equipment checked out fine and I was happy with the work provided by the technician.

We spoke with a number of contractors to do the work and
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
felt like the right balance of advising us and listening to us. They were realistic about what would work and what wouldn't, and were never pushy about our decisions.
At first we had
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
install a new AC system in our newly puchased 90-year-old home. This meant new ductwork all through the house, including a creative solution to cool both floors without dropping any ducting through the first floor of the house. The system hit a snag in the first few weeks, but when we finally called the problem was identified and fixed quickly (a coolant leak near the compressor). This initial job ran about $14K---there were no overages and no real surprises.
Later in the year we decided to have
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
inspect our old oil boiler to see if we could make it through one more winter before making a change. They immediately found a crack in one of the major parts, and so gave us an estimate for a new system, suggesting we take the opportunity to replace the neighboring water hear, which was over 20 years old. Since the house already had a natural gas supply, we agreed that a hybrid natural gas boiler/water heater would be a good long-term fix. The process of installation took longer than the crew expected, and after they left the system didn't seem to be working correctly.
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
promptly sent their guys back to ID the problem, which turned out to be a faulty part from the manufacturer. After that the system worked great, saving us literally thousands of dollars over the previous winter.
All in all we found
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
responsive and responsible, at a fair, competitive price.

Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job installing two zones of AC in our newly purchased
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
home. In person, he was friendly, professional, and competent. We may have worked with him when his office was in transition, as there were problems with scheduling and punctuality. On one day, I missed work to meet with
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
and he never showed up. He told me he never knew about the meeting (due to a miscommunication with the office) and I believed him--it was just frustrating to miss
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
. He came more than two hours late on another visit. I would recommend
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
for their work and just hope the business side has improved since our experience.

Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was our first contact and she has the personality and customer focus of a great liaison. Keep in mind this was on the weekend, temperatures over 100 degrees. You can hardly get a decent service rep under those circumstances. But she sent us
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
who was affable, considerate, respectful and more competent than any AC tech we've ever had in 12 years that we have lived here. He got the AZ back on and earned a new customer. It looks like
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
has good service figured out.

Air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year - that day just happened to be a Friday night. I called around to several of the top contractors on Angie's List and none of them could make it so I went to yelp an started calling.
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
called back promptly and I give him credit for that. He was also the only one who gave me a time frame that seemed reasonable.
He showed up within the timeframe stated, introduced himself and his cousin and began to instruct his cousin on how to do the work. He said that the capacitor was bad and tried to install a new capacitor, when he tried to test the system the breaker tripped and this is something that has ever happened before. He never checked the refrigerant levels or anything else before uninstalling his capacitor and replacing it with the old one and telling me that I had a bad compressor. He also blamed me for having a dirty filter that caused the problem. He then had the audacity to charge me for his labor on top of the diagnosis fee - as he said he thought it would be "fair" that way.
After he left I called a Carrier dealer since a blown compressor is a warranty issue and the unit is only 5 years old. The Carrier authorized servicer did not believe that it could be the compressor given the age of the unit. He was able to come and diagnose the issues with the unit and get it running again. The Carrier dealer found that the capacitor installed by
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was miswired the hot wires were crossed and that is what was tripping the breaker. Furthermore he checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were too high and that
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
to too much head pressure and caused the capacitor to blow on a hot day. Once he was able to correctly rewire the capacitor the unit began running again. Also he confirmed that
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
was incorrect in his assessment about the bad compressor and the measurement that
Highland Heights HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
used to determine the the compressor was bad was part of the normal operating specifications for the unit.

This had to be one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Esmer who is the office manager reached out to us and asked if we were okay and whether we preferred someone come out on Friday night and work on our unit or on Saturday morning. We chose to have the come by at about midnight. The gentleman who came by was extremely professional and friendly. Within 3 hours, he tried to find if it was another issue in efforts to save us money; however, we were not so lucky. His final verdict was a new unit. He provided us options on units with various costs, but he assured us that he would come by first thing in the morning to ensure that we had a temporary replacement unit to cool our house. Talk about awesome customer service. It was not long before the unit was up and working until my husband and I decided which unit to go with. The following Wednesday, Esmer had her guys standing by and ready to come place our new unit in our home. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience and I felt confident knowing that if anything happens in the future with our unit that these guys will come by no matter the date or time. Great job

Hottest day of the year so far and Sunday so my a/c blows warm air. I called the 855 number about 11 am and the owner picked up and gave me a time frame of 2pm-4pm to arrive. The owner came out about 3:30 pm, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. He left a little after 4 with 3 more calls. I will be calling to schedule a preventative maintenance service. Service was prompt and professional.
