To see information on providers that aren't in your home Angie's List chapter, you can elect to pay a small addditional fee (generally about $15 to $20) to add another city's Angie's List to your existing memember.

It looks like when you signed up online on 8/5/2014, that you accidentally joined our greater Portland chapter instead of our Salem/Corvallis chapter that your zip code falls under. I have transferred your subscription to that chapter, so you will now have access to the correct area.
I hope this information helps! Please let me know if I can assist further. You can respond to this thread or submit a new Answers post. You can also reach us at 1-866-783-2980. We're open weekdays from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET.
Orthopedic reviews in Henderson
brought copies of the x-rays taken at the hospital. At first glance he
thought that my shoulder had separated. They did another set of x-rays
and that proved to be wrong. He had me do some exercises for a couple
of weeks to see if that would change anything. At the end of August last year they scheduled me for an MRI. I had torn my rotator cuff in two places very badly, torn another tendon down to the bone and my bicep was not attached. They scheduled surgery for two weeks later (my request so that I could attend a women's retreat in Malibu, Canada). I will never use another Orthopedic surgeon if I need to have surgery again. Dr.
Also, my elderly mother-in-law broke a bone just above her ankle and went to Dr
This was not the case in the slightest. I was not advised of the possibility of an allergic reaction to the cortisone shot, which I had. When I called to ask why the pain had actually increased, I did not receive a response within 24 hours. I had to call a 2nd time, and still not response. The 3rd time I had to use my "Dr." title, which I hate doing, but then I did get an immediate response. There was no pain management or control, and I was not provided with any other options. Physical therapy proved to be not something I could do due to the pain. I tried the best I could to follow through with the physical therapy, but it did not help.
I then went to another orthopedic physician and had a 2nd opinion. I have what is referred to as "frozen shoulder" and I have classic textbook symptoms. The new physician was polite, but you could tell he was surprised this very clear condition was missed in the original exam. This is why I am writing the review, because while I understand people make mistakes, when you look-up frozen shoulder my symptoms or textbook perfect. I'm very concerned this was missed, especially because one of the markers of this condition is having diabetes, which I communicated to the physician during my initial exam. The 2nd physician also identified how my pain level needed to be addressed, which was never done by the first physician. As a health care provider in another field, I would never want to be treated or have the experience I had at DMOS.
