Last montth i purchased a Big Deal for approx fifty dollars to have a picture drawn depicting new cabinets in my kitchen.

Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and Bath came to my home and measured for new cabinets and spoke with me at length about the potential project and invited me to come out to the shop to look at cabinets.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I was surprised to learn tho that
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and Bath does NOT do any of the prep work to get the kitchen ready for installation of the new cabinets i.e. they do NOT remove the old cabinets nor perform the other etcs readying an area for the installation of new cabinets.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
did however give me the name of a handyman that his business refers customers to for the purpose of old cabinet removal as well as the plumbing type work involved in this type of project. I did call the recommended handyman who was leaving on vacation later in the week but assured that he would call me upon his return to come out to the house to prepare an estimate for the first part of the potentiql new cabinet project. A week later
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was also leaving for a weeks vacation and he did call me when he returned to town to get a status on my headway with the handyman. I told him that i had never heard back from the handyman and
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
said that he would follow up with him later that day. Here we are about 3 weeks later and i havent heard back from either
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
or the handyman. And thats okay because no way would I give
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
or anybody else for that matter the required 60% deposit for new cabinets since i have no one to remove the old cabinets and ready the area for installation of new cabinets. In reading the reviews before purchasing the Big Deal for the kitchen drawing which by the way was a terrific drawing i didnt pick up on the fact that if purchasing new cabinets from this company you either have to be a do-it-yourselfer or hire out the first part of the job to someone other than
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and Bath. This is not by definition a bad thing but before spending money on Big Deals it would be helpful to know if you are dealing with a company that is able to complete a job from start to finish. In the case of
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and Bath, they simply are not set up to do a complete new cabinet project. Just good info to know.

I called
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and he responded promptly with a phone call. He came out to the house within a few days to give me a quote on the bathroom renovation. We wanted a new tub, tile, toilet, cabinets, granite, sinks, faucets and drawer/cabinet hardware. We also needed dry wall repair for the ceiling below the bathroom.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was able to start demolition that Friday and then the actual renovation the following week. Over that weekend (after the demo), he gave us a list of stores we could go to pick out the tub, faucets, tile and granite. Due to close proximity, we were able to visit all 3 stores on one Saturday morning. We were able to communicate with
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
via text messaging on our progress of finding everything and ask him questions while we were at a store. He was quick to respond. Once he got started, he arrived on time each day until the project was finished.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
is very trustworthy and I was able to come and go as needed. I never had to worry about leaving him alone in the house. He was very accommodating with our dog during that time as well.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
pays attention to detail. We told him that we did not want to wait long for cabinets, so he gave us suggestions that had a one week turnaround time. They look great. He made tile placement suggestions that I really liked and we worked together on the design. It turned out really nice! He does a good job cleaning up as well. Overall,
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
completed the job on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him for your next project, no matter if it is big (whole bathroom renovation) or small (granite countertops). His customer service and follow-up are excellent. That is what you want when you hire someone!!

Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his company came in to replace our kitchen granite.
The process was smooth and the job was done professionally.
He communicated regularly and was responsive to our questions
During the initial estimate, he warned us that some of the existing tile backsplash might break during the granite replacement. He was so careful and professional with his installation that not a single tile was damaged.
I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and proessionallism.
I would highly recommend
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his company for any stone installation.

Terrible. At first everything was great. The showroom looked decent and the service in the show room was great. But after handing over money to them, it got bad quick. We were on a 2 week vacation and were assured it would be completed during that time. It took another 2 months past the date scheduled. We got a hodge-podge of cabinets, none of which were the same shade of white. There were items that never got completed that I had to do myself. Live electrical wires hid behind molding uncapped, an electrical outlet half covered...down the middle. The contractors involved were not good quality, nor were the materials. The billing lady threatened to put a
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
on my home if they did not receive final payment (which of course cannot be done without a judgment in court) when they were still not done with the project. I had a number of things replaced by professionals since that time such as hardware, etc. IN THE END>>>YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I would recommend steering clear of
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
products and contractor services.

We went to Legacy to pick out new bathroom
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
after moving to the area in June. Very good service throughout. We were able to look at everything in a timely matter and found a lot of great options. They were installed about 2 weeks later and the installers were great. They had to modify the cabinet to insure the counter was level. Would recommend any time.

perfect fit, punctual and good quality. There were some issues with the original installation (needed backsplash, a small defect in one of the pieces) but Evolve promptly fixed everything to perfection. Their prices were about 20% less than other bids and the quality was top-notch.

did the installation for granite counter tops purchased at Home Depot. I am very pleased with the quality of both the material and the installation. They did a great job mounting the under mount sinks in both rooms. They protected my flooring well and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied and plan to use them again for two additional bathroom projects.

I had already picked out a slab I liked from Daltile Granite.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
met me there. Her Pricing was fair. Her attention to customer serviece was best I've seen in a very long time. Emails and text were quickly responded to. We wanted a one basin white granite composite sink which she was able to order, and it did not hold up our install at all. We went to the shop to approve the layout and cuts of the slab. Shop was smaller and more busy than many, probably not where I'd let a kid go in, but equipment cutting slab was high tech. Installers did a good job. No complaints about them at all. In fact, my cabinet guy had not leveled the bar very well. They leveled the bottom of the bar with simmys to make sure granite set straight with no slants. We had purchased 3 large slabs, and had about 1/3 of one left. They allowed us to keep the unused portion of the slab for a future BBQ we will be installing. No doubt I will call them to come out and cut it. Very pleased. Ended up $1500 less then our builders suggested company who was basically cushioning the bid becasue we did not pick a slab from thier lot. My master bath, guest bath, and island kitchen look beautiful!

After we decided to pull the trigger and replace our tile counter tops with solid surface quartz, we went out and got several bids from multiple Angie's List providers. We were looking for the best mix of quality balanced with price, but most importantly, we were highly motivated to save an existing tile back splash.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(Q&G) fit all these items perfectly.
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was our estimator, and was able to come out to our home the next day after my initial phone call. He came out with several manufacturer samples, as well as came to personally inspect the back splash to see if it would be possible to realistically save it. We picked out several samples to quote, and upon inspection,
Danville Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
said he was pretty confident they could work to save our back splash, with the understanding there may be some damage to tiles, etc. They sent the estimate about a day later, with very competitive pricing. I also want to emphasize that Q&G were the only company we had bid that expressed any confidence that the back splash could be saved.
After selecting Q&G, we worked through the contract and scheduling process. We had a couple changes we suggested to the contract language, mostly around possible damage to the back splash, etc. While they didn't agree to all our requests, they did bend on some of the language, so that flexibility was appreciated. Scheduling was about the only hiccup in the process. We were told that Q&G would typically only have customers without a working kitchen for at most two days, but we were scheduled to be down for 5 days. Most of this was due to being stretched over a weekend, but nonetheless, we would have liked that delay to have been shorter. Small price to pay.
Demo of existing counter tops was done quickly one morning. Q&A was able to save the existing back splash with zero damage done, which was the absolute best case scenario for us, and we were very happy with that. Installation of the new product was also without any issues, the fit is very tight, and the surfaces are level. The cutouts were perfect. I am very pleased with the way Q&G built the support for the sink, which seemed to be a superior method to other companies processes. One nit is that I think other companies might do a little better job on seams, based on the research I did. But we are pleased with ours, we have two seams, and overall, they are good.
One other thing I'll point out is that the free sink provided is actually a very good quality sink. We have been very happy with the quality, having shopped around at various brands and price points. Some companies were saying to beware the free sink, as a promo to sell the job, but the sink would end up as very cheap. Not true in this case at all.
Overall great job by the Q&G crew, we were happy with the process start to finish and would definitely recommend them, as well as use them again.
