"Our four year old daughter attends The and we have been very pleased with the school. The play-based learning philosophy is very effective" at engaging the children and the school does a great job of enhancing the experience by hiring outside professionals to weekly teach yoga, music, etc. OCFC attracts engaged, caring parents, partly because it's a non-profit organization. Tuition rates are reasonable. Evidence that the model works is the long tenure of the Executive Director and the teachers - they all have significant experience caring for children.

"My wife and I began looking for infant daycare to begin in January 2016 this past April because we had heard how fast spots are filled in advance. We visited a few" centers, did our due diligence, and decided was the best fit for our family based on education type, location, and price. We went ahead and reserved a spot in April by signing a contract and paying a deposit to hold our place. Today, more than 6 months later, we received a call saying they were overbooked and no longer had a spot for us for January, and the best they could do was put us on the waiting list, or to start in April. This obviously does not work as we need daycare starting in January! We are now left scrambling to find daycare that is close to home and reasonably priced. We had seen many positive reviews about , and only one negative; that this exact same thing happened to another family. Apparently this is how operates their business. We are very disappointed and hope this doesn't happened to anyone else.

My dear you have certainly came to right place to inquire. For decades I have recommended in good faith with excellent reviews or thanks back from many a parent in need of the best service they can afford and hands down there is only, One! YOUR OTHER HANDS, in Philadelphia, Pa and the surrounding area. Open 24/7, back up, sick days, long term short term, they do it all, but not' live in staff'. I used them years ago for my own children and now they watch our numerous grandchildren when we can not. Been around for ever, they just do not adverise. Google them, Bing them, their reviews speak for them selves and I have heard many parents say their reputaion preceeds the service they provide.May this be of great help to you and your family! Good Luck dear and always be sure to ask important questions reagrding your children on here. This site will always be your best site for the truth and nothing but the truth. Use this site for all major work and or descions becuase I appreciate the real person's opinion.

Daycare Center reviews in Berea

My son has been at since March 2015 and I am still very happy with the care they provide. The center itself has the comfort and feel of an in-home daycare but with the structure and curriculum of a facility daycare. The teachers are professional, caring, and communicate with me regularly to keep me apprised of my son's ...More progress and learning. Tuition can be costly but is comparable to other daycare facilities in the area for the service provided. I would highly recommend a tour if your are researching child care for your little one.

It went very well, they were all very nice people and answered all questions that I had, gave me assurance that my kids will be well taken care of with a great group of staff members who will always keep the children's needs and wants first.

This is a daycare and until this year my child has learned nothing. My first child had already learned their alphabet by now in this same school. The teachers my child has now are great, but I may start looking if the don't find a new pre school teacher. I have heard other families left because they wanted their next child better prepared for kindergarten.

The providers were nice, but I got the sense that I was dropping my children off to basically entertain themselves all day. The toddler room was slightly better, but my daughter came home with a huge cut on her back (unexplained). The infant room seemed sad and dark, and I think my baby probably spent the majority of the day with very little attention. ...More Also, when I picked her up at the end of the day, she had a dirty diaper :(

We have used since 2011. They provide great service and take good care of our children. We were sad when our oldest "graduated" from when he turned four and had to move on. and her group have been easy to work with and they have been great for both of our children.

Looking for child care was one of the hardest parts about becoming a new mom. It's such a daunting task to find a place that you trust to care for your new baby! I didn't want an in-home daycare and I wasn't thrilled about the high ratios in the commercial daycare settings. When I learned about the uniqueness of ...More I fell in love instantly. She has 3 houses at the end of a cul-de-sac all specified for the ages in the home; infant house, toddler house, and preschool house. The babies and children are in environments that are set up for their age groups and ran by teachers who are well educated and have been there for years. Another favorite part is that is different from commercial daycare is the sleeping areas. I toured many daycares and they all had the cribs in the same area as the play area. At the babies sleep in a bedroom, play in the living room, and eat in the kitchen. But, by far my favorite part about is the ratio of teachers to children. The infant house is 3:1 and the toddler and preschool house only go up to 4:1. That means my son is getting more one-on-one attention and love from his teachers. I live and work downtown but make the drive to because was the place that I felt the most confident in, the place that I trusted the most to care for our son. I can't say enough good things about and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

My sister came to visit me from a different country. ( she was never sign in as a person that would pick my child up or drop him off )She was able to walk into the daycare with no questions ask and walked out of there with my child .
The place is a disaster. Zero organizations
I have asked to be contacted by an owner.( ...More the person i have deal with and who sinded my child on for a 1/2 day ) I have asked the" Director" to forward the message .
Not only have been ignored.
But from day to day my child was not to attend this day care any more.
I was told that my child was bad for two days in a row and at any rate I was only bringing him there for half a day and
Paying for half a day. (From directors )
My child just turn 3 years old.

IN any case.... I will go forward with this ...
Just hope that you will take this place from your list and stop advertising for .
Thank you.
Concerned parent of a 3 year old child.

I cannot recommend her highly enough. Both of my children thrived under
her care for years. Her facility is beautiful - a great indoor/outdoor
space for kids to explore. The most important thing about Flora is
trust. You know you can leave the most important person in your life
with her. She cares for children like they ...More are her own family.
