"I bought the dress first week of January but to have it ready with Alterations for a June wedding I had to pay rush fee extra. (Advice to Brides: Order 6+ months" in advance to avoid paying rush fees) We went to about 5 bridal stores and said yes to the dress here. They were very kind and professional and had a good selection in what I wanted (long sleeve lace) and samples in sizes that I could fit in and try (I was a 20, I think the samples were 14 and 16) I think I went through 3 or 4 alteration sessions because I did not realize when I bought the dress did not have any support in the back to keep the dress from sagging in the front. The alterations lady was very nice and was able to take the bow material and make dress miracles and make pretty straps with tiny bows in the back to give my dress proper support in the back and keep it from sagging. It sort of looked like a different dress than the original design but a better dress in my opinion! The alterations lady has got talent. I felt guilty about spending so much money on a wedding dress and all the alterations but in retrospect having the right wedding dress that looked and fit perfectly on my wedding day was absolutely worth it. Thanks for making me look and feel great on my wedding day :) I love my dress!

The sales person was very nice. Daughter selected a gown that was gorgeous but it was 4 sizes too large. Salesperson insisted that would not be a problem, as their tailor was top notch.
Come time for the fitting, the tailor was rude and condescending and complained the entire time about how much work she had to do. Multiple fitting appointments were involved and twice, they didn't have daughter on the schedule even tho she had proof of the appointment.
She purchased a corset that was to be built into the gown. On return fitting, they could not find the corset she purchased and offered her another one (horrible quality) which she declined. Again alot of complaining from the staff and the appt had to be resceduled.
Now we understood that we were purchasing a gown "off the rack" but wouldn't you think they would at least clean it before bagging it? Pick up day, and it was mentioned 3 times about the

when I needed alterations made to a formal gown. The owner had ideas right away of how to both make the alteration and keep the original line of the dress. She was up front with the pricing and made a timely appointment for the next fitting. At the second visit, she had the alteration pinned to the dress but also had another idea in mind if we did not like it. We did like it but had a couple of small changes to request. She adjusted the alteration, and we look forward to picking it up next week. It has been a very good experience.
In chatting with the owner, I learned that she both makes wedding dresses (in addition to providing alterations on them), and has a stock of wedding dresses on consignment.

Everyone there is so kind and helpful. The selection is adequate and the prices are fair. The owner is Amazing, so sweet and went out of her way to help us confirm measurements on both visits. I hope my future appointments for fittings go as well as the previous appointment did.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress and had a coupon that the manager, Sonna said could not be applied. I ordered it and then tried to use the coupon online, which worked. I called her and asked a sales person for a credit. She then put the manager, Sonna on the phone. Sonna was very rude and said, "I rang you up earlier, what's the problem?" I explained the issue again and she said it wasn't her job to know what the online deals are and that they are completely different. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.

I try to find the positive in most situations, but the time
is spent at the

Patch was nothing less than a
horrible disaster. My family and I arrived at the store on time and excited to
try on wedding dresses. The first thing
the consultant said to me was that my entire party couldn’t come back to the
back room with me to try on dresses.
Please keep in mind that my appointment was right when they opened, and
there were not that many people in the store that this time. She said that she
would make sure that they were included in the process. So my entire party,
besides me and my mother were asked to sit in the “lobby”. The “lobby” was two
couches and a chair that included a sign stating that kids 12 and under couldn’t
go back in the store and had to wait in the lobby.
While my mother and I spoke with the consultant, my 3
sisters stated to walk around and look at dresses, they were immediately approaches
by an employee and giving the 3rd degree about why they were back
there and were asked to return to the front of the store. I was then given 5 tags to put on dress, I went
back to the front to get my sisters to help me pick out dresses. While we were all looking at dresses, another
store employee approached my future mother-in-law and told her that she needed
to return to the front and bring my 3 sisters with her, as if she was their
babysitter. Already on

time, I told my mother to stay with when while we went to back to try on the
dress. As we walked to the back, I noticed that there were at least six
podiums, with only one bride on each side at this time.
At this point I think the consultant knew that I was unhappy
and explained again that my entire party will be included in this process but
this added that I will go out and show them each dress. I put on the first dress, and then proceeded
to walk from the back of the store, to the front of the store to the “lobby”,
where my family was sitting. I then
stood on the ground, on the large floor mat that you would wipe your feet on
when entering the store. Standing in my bar feet, on the cold ground, I could
see the dirt and the small pebbles from the parking lot that I was standing on.
As I stood there in front of the entry doors showing my family this wedding
dress, a group of people walked into the store and I had to pick up the dress
and move out of there way.
At this point in time I was extremely upset with how we were
treated. When walking back to the dressing
room, my mother and I noticed a corner of the store that had a podium and 8+
chairs sitting around it, AND IT WAS EMPTY.
My family and I where the first people in the store that morning, but
had to large of a party to be with me while trying on dress, but unbeknownst to
us, they had a larger area where my family could have sat and enjoyed the process
with me! But instead, they had to sit in the lobby and wait for me to walk across
the store to them.
By the time I put the second dress on, there were now kids
sitting in the lobby where my family was asked to wait, playing games and
awkwardly staring at me when I arrived.
I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The third dress was too small to zip up,
which I totally understand they are all not going to fix me. But the consultant asked me if I wanted to
walk out to the lobby again with my underwear showing from the back of the
dress. I explained that I was not comfortable walking through the store with my
underwear showing. She then we and got a
little 3x3 square of fabric and said that we could cover it up with this. At that point in time, I was beyond done with
this store.
The dresses where ripped, had dirt and makeup all over them,
but that didn’t even come close to the horrible experience I had. As my family waited in the lobby, they saw two
other groups that had just as many people with them, but they were treated
completely different then we were. They
were allowed to go back and shop with their bride and were not asked to sit in
the front of the store like they do for children. They made my family feel
We were in the store for less than 40 minutes, not a single
one of the employees made us feel welcomed or wanted. The only positive thing that I can take away
from this horrible experience is that it made me realized how well other stores
treated us, I mean just giving us a place to sit that was not a lobby/child
sitting area was a HUGE upgrade, let alone getting additional chairs or even
offering my family a drink. After that appointment we went to a boutique and
were treated amazingly. There are so many great places to visit when looking
for a wedding dress, if I would have known how we would have been treated; I would
have never even given this place at the time of day.

Their dresses are beyond amazing, nicely made but reasonably priced as well!

actually pulled the dress that I fell in love with! She knew what I wanted and went right to it. She didn’t make me feel like I had to try on a bunch of dress that I didn’t like. It was a huge relief for me working with her; she made sure I knew that she wanted me to find my perfect dress. The moment I put the dress on I knew it was mine!
